This grand apartment was remodeled with the idea of ​​giving it an urban, avant-garde identity, with certain classic gestures reinterpreting the Art Deco style, achieving an enduring modern feel. From the dining room you can see every detail of the room that invites you to enjoy in the company of friends and family. The black marble, metal and glass table is one of the exclusive designer pieces of furniture made for this project.

The inspiration of our clients is reflected in the combination of modern and classic style that creates a cozy yet sophisticated feeling. A brass-plated steel screen greets each guest entering AV B Flat. A grand piano with a spectacular view of Chapultepec Park is the protagonist. In the living room, colors were used that reflect the sophisticated design of each piece, highlighting the shine of the metallic and marble. In the bar, next to the wood and glass cellar, an extraordinary color was chosen in combination with the game table and the leather chairs. Accessories and metal touches are present throughout this project.

The private area has a TV room with a large gray suede sofa that encourages you to enjoy rest; movable bronze service tables contrast with the sober colors of this space and the marble table.

In the master bedroom, the headboard is a unique bronze piece forming diamonds that illuminates the wall, merging the bed and the night tables. The selected shades of champagne, lilac and blue shine alongside the wall, with niches lined in brown leather with wood detailsalongsidemetallic fixtures and items. The second bedroom reflects a sober and elegant style with gray, leather and metal in bronze tones.
