House 505 is located in Varna, St. Nikola. It is a two story house, with elegant and modern appearance. The client’s wish was to have a house open to the surrounding nature, with large terraces connecting the indoor with the outdoor. The “L” shape of the house provides both privacy and functionality of the space. On the first floor there is a living room with large windows, dining space, a relax zone with a fireplace and the master bedroom. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms with large open terraces looking towards the surrounding forest.
