The stronger is the architect’s love for the project, the higher his imagination gets. The forms overwhelm each other with originality, the materials stand up or lie down where they had never been seen before. Through a red-brick fence, like a curious character, a house peers out — Delta House. Panoramic windows are guarded by the acute-slate roof frame. There is a lot of glass, approximately in the same proportion as concrete, wood, modern art, ergonomics, and comfort.

A revolving door instead of a banal gate leads to a house where they treat cars like children. At dawns, they like to get out of bed and step on morning dew on the upper patio, and on the lower — there is a place for the very closest friends of the family.

The architecture of Delta House has glass like a skeleton; concrete, wood, slate-like muscles, veins and skin that unevenly cover the backbone of a house. Curious character.
