The apartment is on two levels, dayng area, night area. The living area is divided into: entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. The night area is divided into: Master bedroom with private bathroom and closet room. Guest room with private bathroom. Boys Room with private bathroom.
Not a simple "beautiful home", but a search of styles and atmospheres, for a unique identity, an elegant and refined space beyond time and fashion. A house played in shades of white with small accents ranging from cream to mud. A stylistic research that is part of the classic elegance of the past reinterpreted for contemporary living. A space ready to live the time of today and tomorrow ... This is my idea of a timeless home.
A careful choice of materials:
The floors throughout the living area have been designed in Botticino marble, made elegant, soft and modern, thanks to a treatment of acid and brushing. For the sleeping area and the stairs the floor becomes dominated thanks to the large brushed walnut slats. Woods with current finishes, such as mocha oak and Canaletto walnut combine perfectly with elements of more classic evocation, expertly painted in white, creating a unique and refined environment.
All the fabrics in the house are by ZIMMER & ROHDE
The basic lighting of the whole house, designed to create accents of indirect light, has been created with a series of small, totally hidden headlights from VIABIZZUNO.
LIVING ROOM PHOTO:
An environment strongly marked by the symmetries that wink at the past. The large wooden wall unit with bookcase and fireplace (designed by Ernesto Fusco) is the elegant background for a living room full of different elements and expertly combined materials. The floor and wall lamps in mirrored steel and suede by ANNA LARI, add a touch of elegance. The large white nabuck sofas by BAXTER ITALIA, the ceramic spheres by SOLIMENE, make the environment elegantly informal ...
ENTRY PHOTO:
The entrance opens onto the whole living area, the stairs and the dining area, separated from the living room by a large sliding door. The large wardrobe closet at the entrance was designed as a sort of backdrop that allows you to maintain proper privacy with respect to the entrance door, while maintaining the open space concept unchanged. The imposing lamp that with its size makes itself the accomplice of the effect I see I do not see, is by Eichholtz.
PHOTO OF THE LEFT LOUNGE:
"Night" lamp by Viabizzuno in brushed brass. Tuscany leather armchairs by BAXTER ITALIA.
PHOTO DINING ROOM:
Conceived as a clean and linear space, where on both sides the large wall-mounted sideboards make the room functional, but place the accent on the table area, which becomes the dominant element. MAXALTO table, POLIFORM chairs, BAROVIER & TOSO chandelier. Steel floor lamps by ANNA LARI.
KITCHEN PHOTO:
Fulcrum of the house, conceived as a multi-function space, where three distinct environments coexist in a single space. Kitchen, Dining, Living Room. Here the game between past and present is accentuated, giving life to a unique space. Kitchen with central island of BOFFI. The marble table with turned white ceramic legs is by Gervasoni. The chairs and the rocking chair in Canaletto walnut, also by Gervasoni. FLEXFORM sofa. The lamps on the table were recovered from an old industrial angar and laquared with white. The floor lamp on wooden tripod is by RALPH LAUREN HOME.
Here, too, the centrality of the fireplace made entirely of Botticino marble is accentuated by the large lateral niches, in which the bottom was covered with large slabs of the same marble, made soft by the sharpening and brushing process. The large pine cones in white ceramic, which elegantly fill the niches on the sides of the fireplace, were made by SOLIMENE.
PHOTO MASTER ROOM:
Even in the master bedroom the game of classic elegance and contemporary accents continues. The central bed of the room by MAXALTO is inspired by the past to give life to a new idea of a canopy bed. The two bed side lamps have been made with two chandeliers by BAROVIER & TOSO.
PHOTO BATHROOMS:
Made entirely in OKITE, from washbasin cabinets to the coatings.
