New residential project in established suburb of Groenkloof, Pretoria. The large stand allows views over the capital city. Three level design, with main living areas on ground floor, flowing onto outside entertainment areas and pool deck. Private bedroom wing on upper level, and lower ground floor houses a studio. Energy efficiency provided through insulated floors and walls, double glazing, and solar power. Exposed concrete slabs provide sun protection to large expanses of glass on facades. Corrugated rainwater tanks collect water for re-use.
