With a simple scheme, the house comprises entrance hall, TV room, kitchen, dining room and a full bathroom on the first level. On the question of design, the spaces so that a very open, bright, with trees inside and spacious house is zoned achieved.

It has a north-south orientation, whereby the target for natural light and ventilation is achieved.

On the walls finishing Jabin, a noble tree resin that allows to give an aging concrete finish handles, creating a contrast with the different materials used. Furthermore, the use of white, favor lighting and matching walls with bright colors with particular taste, in order to go changing them over time according to trends without losing the connection with other materials.

At the second level two rectangular volumes crossing the north-south house achieving an attractive volumes arise. At this level there are 2 rooms, service area, which has separate access from the kitchen.
