城市更新

©VARI 几里设计

VARI 几里设计事务所迎来了新的挑战，在喧闹的城市中心，解放碑商业核心地段进行城市更新改造项目，创造一个有机的空间，建筑和室内设计一体化设计。

通过提取相对克制的材料，与周边街景环境融合，调解特定比例的窗洞和天井，和四周的建筑产生关联。

城市街区的语言统一，又不失特点是这次城市更新的重点。

In the noisy city center, at the core of Jiefangbei, VARI design has ushered in a new challenge. We need to create an organic space based on the old buildings, and combine indoor and outdoor to echo each other. We extract relatively restrained materials (customized cement) and integrate them with the surrounding street scene environment.

FACADE 城市界面使用粗糙水泥质感的预制幕墙系统，对外立面进行包裹，使其成为一个具有苏式庭院风格的黑色盒子。

通过在表面按照一定比例的开窗和镂空的设计，让建筑与外界产生联系。简约质感的同时因为大比例的开窗，视觉上给人以强烈的冲击感。

侧面定制的竹条折叠开启门扇，让整个外立面稳而不板，华而不奢，简而不凡。

落地玻璃搭配深色的水泥砖外表皮，形成了自然的城市橱窗，即使是路过餐厅的行人，通过橱窗可以看到具有强烈空间感的餐厅内部。

Floor glass and dark cement brick outer skin form a natural city window. Even pedestrians passing by the restaurant can see the interior of the restaurant with a strong sense of space through the window.

主入口部分打破常规，采用实心厚重的木门，在缓缓打开的瞬间，让进店的客人实现从喧闹的街区到静谧空间的转换。

In the main entrance part, we break the Convention and use solid and heavy wooden doors. At the moment of slowly opening, the guests entering the store can realize the transformation from noisy blocks to quiet space.

穿过厚重木门的玄关区域，首先看到的是一面富有强烈张力的背景墙，用流畅的线条弱化墙体的棱角，搭配黑灰色系的木岩板，营造出山川峡谷的宏伟质感。

Through the porch area of the heavy wooden door, the first thing to see is a background wall full of strong tension.

一楼的吧台部分，采用多维度的曲面契合的意境，具象亦抽象。

强大张力的屋顶空间结构，塑造一个雅致的有温度的用餐空间，希望让客人在就餐时也能够感受到空间带来的舒适与亲和力。

黑白是崖畔廊环如大江，半山伫立川上，右岸是来去，左岸是山川。

Black and white are cliff banks, corridors ring like rivers, mountains stand on the river, the right bank is coming and going, and the left bank is mountains and rivers.
