绿城·青亭——未来社区共享生活新趋势

不断革新的电子科技、弹性组合的工作模式带来全新的公私时间分配法，私有空间轻量化、公共空间共享化、工作方式生活化正逐渐成为新趋势。

在研究当下潮流变化的基础上，设计团队对绿城·青亭主力户型进行了精装修设计，并从广角的居住环境出发，规划了一个能够适应未来生活方式的新型社区。在不同建筑的首层开发出支持社区活动的基础功能区，并于局部提案新功能区，以同步绿色、轻盈、高效的生活节奏。

The flexible working mode and the constantly updated electronics technology have brought changes to the distribution of work time and private time. Less private space, more shared space, and the integration of work and lifestyle form a  trend.

On the basis of studying the current life changes, the design team participated in the whole process of interior design and construction for the main units of YOHO ZONE, and from the perspective of the general living environment, planned a new community that can fully adapt to future trends. On the ground floor of different buildings, there are basic functional areas supporting community activities, and new functional areas were partially proposed to synchronize green, light and efficient life style.

未来社区场景模拟

将绿城·青亭的蓝图缩放于城市全体之中进行审视，示范区轻简的空气感撞击具有爆发力的空间装置，形成一个兼具启发性与互动性的趣味空间。

The blueprint of the YOHO is zoomed into the city, the minimalistic air in the demonstration area hits the impressive space installation, creating an inspiring and interactive space.

I 

社区边界的“再定义”

如何利用首层建筑空间创造更多符合青亭用户使用需求的共享公区？在共享公区中可以提案哪些新的社区文化活动？以此出发，

我们规划了具有不同功能的共享公区，「共享办公」、「以物易物」、「书吧」等具体的空间设计将突破社区固有的边界概念，带来更为活跃的社区文化。

How to use the ground floor to create shared public areas that meet the needs of YOHO users? What kind of new community cultural activities can be proposed in the shared area? Based on this, we have planned shared area with different functions on the ground floor of different buildings. Specific space designs such as "shared office", "barter economy" and "book bar" will break through the inherent boundary of the concept of community, bringing a more active community culture.

“风格”本身具有划分空间的作用。存在感强烈而质地柔和的软装家具巩固了休息区的空间特性，使其免于被大空间同化而削弱机能的命运。

The style itself can divide the space. The strong style and soft furnishings consolidate its spatial characteristics and keep it from being weakened by the public space.

 书吧

2号楼公区占地170平，在延续一号楼公区风格的基础上丰富了座位形式并增添了「书吧」功能。咖啡厅式平面布局带来休闲放松的氛围。

The public area of Building No. 2 covers an area of 170 square meters. On the same basis of design style of  Building No. 1, it is enriched with different seating form and added with  a book bar. The cafe-style plan layout brings a casual and relaxing atmosphere.

 共享办公空间

项目紧临智慧网谷等多家科创小镇，从新生代户主的工作模式出发，4号楼公区的设计凸显了「共享办公」功能。大、小会议室存在使办公机能更加全面、完整。共享办公在未来将同时面向户主与公众，为社区带来商业活力。

The project is close to a number of  technology towns such as Smart Valley. According to the working model of the new generation of households, the design of the public area of Building No. 4 highlights the coworking function. The existence of large and small meeting rooms completes the office function. In the future, the coworking space will be used by both the households and the public, bringing commercial vitality to the community culture.

 III 低能耗、可持续、人性化的公共空间

在人流量波动的公区空间中优先“低能耗”的设计理念，采用持久耐磨的材料，并兼顾不同人群的需求综合考虑配套功能设施，营造人性化的公共空间。

In the design of public space with unstable passenger flow, the concept of "low-energy " is prioritized, durable materials are selected, and various user needs are considered to design a humanized public area.

户型的装修意向

作为绿城·青亭户型装修意向，概念样板房直观、立体地呈现了空间被利用后的实际生活场景。遵循“基本化、实用性、可持续”原则，以此为轴心，空间设计在主力户型A、B的结构与功能的表现上各有侧重。在整体风格上，从"轻"出发，提亮空间的色彩与基调，并尽力轻简化软硬装成分，以复合功能家具设计来灵活应对不同的使用场景和利用方式，加上可视与隐蔽的收纳处理，提高空间的使用效率。

As the decoration intention for the use of the YOHO ZONE units, the conceptual sample rooms intuitively and three-dimensionally present the actual life scene after the space is used. "Basic, practical and sustainable", with this as the axis, the space design has its own emphasis on the structure and function of the main units A and B. In terms of overall style, start with "lightness", ligntening the color and tone of the space, and try to simplify the composition of interior decoration. Furniture design with compound functions will flexibly respond to different use scenarios and ways of use. The visible and hidden storage process improves the efficiency of space use.

户型A用通透的隔断设计，在狭长型空间结构中最大程度地确保卧室的宽敞，也将自然光引至空间里层。

The house type A is designed with a transparent partition, which ensures the spaciousness inside the narrow and long space structure, allowing natural light to permeate deep within the space.

根据户型B量身定制的软装家具体现了极简的功能主义，在软装元素严苛的“取舍”过程中，只有准户主真正需要的家具功能被保留，功能集约

后的复合家具与空间结构精准吻合。

The furniture tailored to the house type reflects minimalism as well as functionalism. In the harsh "decision" process of picking soft-furnishing elements, only the furniture functions that the prospective owner really needs are preserved, and the composite furniture matches perfectly with the space structure.

茶室休憩区，在不破坏两个独立居住空间舒适性和私密性的前提之下,尽可能为两位居住者创造交流、变化的可能性。

On the premise of ensuring the comfortness and privacy of the two independent living spaces, the tea lounge area creates the possibility of communication and change for the two residents as much as possible.

绿城·青亭项目位于杭州拱墅区半山东路与笕丁路交界处，总建筑面积约9万㎡，由4幢9-10层的单体建筑组成。主力户型面积为42-50㎡，层高4.78m，配有内景及休憩区域，眺望半山国家森林公园。

The YOHO ZONE project is located at the junction of Banshan Road and Ganding Road in Gongshu District, Hangzhou. It covers a total construction area of about 90,000 square meters and consists of 4 buildings with 9-10 floors. Each house type has a floor area of 42-50㎡, with a floor height of 4.78m, with landscape design and resting area inside the community, overlooking the scenic area of Banshan National Forest Park.

For almost 15 years, design is what we have been passionate about and immersed in. We enjoy the changes brought by design, believing that passion and creativity are capable of driving future business, stimulating people's thinking and lifestyle.

Through design, we want to bring simplicity and richness into one page instead of separating them from each other. Based on this principle, we are pursuing the same goal for every project, whether it is graphic design, product design or space design: a complexity that contains balance, or simplicity that carries possibilities. Our inspirations come from our lives, curiosities towards people and things around us have been the starting point for our explorations. As trend and technology changes, people change as well, we believe that only by being sensitive to life can we have ideas that are not only looking good but also useful.
