柱林餐厅 | 游走于竹与柱之间的绿色共生空间

原始场地   

场地位于一个旅游地产项目之中，两个传统院落正好坐落在社区的中心。甲方打算保留并将其进行改造，为社区提供一个咖啡简餐的开放性社交场所，并希望通过此次设计，保留原有的场地记忆，让两座院落再次焕发新生。

在我们看来，不同时期的建筑都是时间所留下的痕迹。当改造或新建筑介入时，处理好新与旧的关系，让院落同时满足场地记忆与当代生活方式，形成新旧空间的融合体验，是我们这次设计所关注的重点。

   以柱仿竹，游走在竹与柱之间   

院落周围环绕着高层度假公寓楼，场地如同处在盆地中心。我们解析过场地关系后，决定在保留老建筑的同时，做一个既让业主能够下楼使用的社交中心，也能在自家阳台随时“看到”的绿色建筑，关注每一个被观看、被使用、被感受的体验角度。

我们将“竹与柱”的概念作为这次设计的核心，为了使人们在有限的场地内拥有开放自由的体验，整体以“流动的自然”为设计元素贯穿新旧建筑体，模拟出抽象竹林的“柱林”理念，以“柱林”营造出轻松、自然、流动的空间体验。

同时将体块的穿插关系融入流动之中，竹林、柱林的光影无时不在变幻和交织，与老院落的历史肌理产生对比和美感的碰撞交融，以自然和新旧共生的方式重新激活场地的能量，也让新的植入空间与老建筑之间产生更好的历史对话。

"bUd" means "building upper design", focusing on the multiple possibilities from individual practice to urban change from the bottom up, taking spatial thinking as the research direction, combining vitality innovation and applicable logic, in use The design strategy solves the problem and creates multi-dimensional value, and strives to give the work temperature and power.

The studio is determined to be spatial architectural, taking project practice as a research opportunity, integrating the boundaries of architecture, interior, landscape, vision and other directions based on spatial thinking, respecting construction logic and socioeconomic norms, and seeking and exploring the established boundaries of beauty.
