在互联网热潮的驱动下，很多传统行业都开始思考可以打破常规布局的方法。住酒店作为一种线下体验，也根据各种人群的需求被细分成不同的定位。

Driven by the Internet boom, many traditional industries are starting to think of ways to break out of the norm. As an offline experience, staying in a hotel is also subdivided into different positions according to the various groups’ needs.

其中对于一些根植在城市老住宅区的酒店品牌，一直在试图寻找与社区共荣共生的方式，不单单是为了创造更多的营收，也是更积极的为在店的旅客和周边居民带来愉快的生活方式。

For some hotel brands rooted in the old residential areas of the city, they have been trying to find ways to co-thrive and co-exist with the community, not only to create more revenue but also to bring a more pleasant lifestyle to the guests in the hotel and the surrounding residents.

位于大连市中山区，一个被老居民区环绕的老楼。除了作为一个亲子定位的艺术酒店，最重要的还是为它所在的社区带来新的活力————对于周边五公里内的社群，它是书吧，咖啡厅，酒吧，餐厅，串烤吧，以及新生代画廊。

Koratel Hotel located in Zhongshan district of Dalian city, an old building surrounded by old residential areas. In addition to being a parent-child art hotel, the most important thing is to bring new vitality to the community -- for the community within five kilometers, the hotel itself can be the book bar, cafe, sport bar, restaurant, skewered bar, and new generation gallery.

社区功能已经成了酒店表现亲民的必备产品。在共享经济、咖啡经济盛行的当下，人们越来越习惯在不同场景下社交、工作、娱乐。柯拉特酒店洞见了这一需求，愿意将自己的公共区域以同样亲民的方式分享给这个社区生态。

The community function has become an essential product for Koratel to show its affinity to the people. In the era of the sharing economy and coffee economy, people are becoming more and more accustomed to socialize, work, and play in different situations. Koratel sees this need and is willing to share its public areas with the community ecology in an equally accessible way.

“将酒吧的入口开在街边，将露台提供给热衷于大连烧烤的人们，将餐厅从建筑内独立出来成为一个亲民的餐厅，将大堂打造成一个小型艺术画廊。柯拉特酒店用打造民宿的真挚，成为可以提供深度目的地体验的社区型酒店。”
