DESCRIPTION

概述

项目地处中国东面一个叫枸杞的小岛上，蓝色的海域为这里提供了一个很好的天然景观，同时偏僻的地理位置与不便的交通条件也给整个项目在建造成本与施工上带来极大挑战。

The project is located on an island in the east of China called goji berry. The blue sea provides a good natural landscape here. Meanwhile, the remote location and inconvenient traffic conditions also pose great challenges to the construction cost and construction of the whole project.

场地

场地处于一个半山的斜坡位置，建筑面积限制在20

The site is located on a slope in the middle of a mountain, and the building covers an area of 20m×6m. The construction of 4 relatively independent accommodation Spaces is the only functional requirement of the site.

STUCTVRE

结构

设计之初，考虑到场地的特殊性与施工条件，决定选用传统的混凝土框架做为基本结构体系以应对岛上复杂的气候环境，在形式上以精简的白色壳体作为对场地的回应。

At the beginning of the design, considering the particularity of the site and the construction conditions, it was decided to choose the traditional concrete frame as the basic structural system to cope with the complex climate environment on the island, and to use the simplified white shell as the response to the site in the form.

LAYOUT

布局

作为对海平面的回应，将原有建筑所在的东南方位向西南整体旋转90º，以获得最佳的景观面。在20

的建筑红线区域内，由三条

宽的通道切割出

个独立建筑体。高耸的通道作为进入建筑内部的路径，将视线引至海平面，给原有的场所增加一份精神感知。建筑前方的泳池设计，既作为海面向内的延伸，也给单一的住宿功能增添一份特殊性与趣味性。

In response to the sea level, the entire southeast position of the original building was rotated 90 to the southwest to obtain the best view. Within the building's red line area of 20m×6m, four independent building blocks are cut by three 1.2m wide channels. The soaring passageway ACTS as a path into the interior of the building, leading to the sea level and adding a spiritual sense to the existing site. The swimming pool at the front of the building is designed as an inward extension of the sea and adds a special and interesting aspect to the single accommodation function.

建造

整体建造由一个0.3

m

的模度展开，延伸出通道、卫生间、起居室、卧室等各个功能性的布局。设计上先确立了管井位置作为设备路径，从而解决了小体量建筑由于空间有限而产生的设备外露问题，保证了整体建筑外观的统一性，建筑分为上下两层以满足基本的功能需求，一层为起居室，二层为卧室。统一化的建筑模块带来的秩序感界定了整个建筑的气质。

The overall construction is expanded by a modulus of 0.3m×0.9m, extending out the layout of the passageway, toilet, living room, bedroom and other functions. In the design, the location of the pipe well was first established as the equipment path, thus solving the problem of equipment exposure caused by the limited space in the small volume building and ensuring the unity of the overall architectural appearance. The building is divided into two floors to meet the basic functional requirements, with the first floor as the living room and the second floor as the bedroom. The overall arrangement of unified building modules defines the temperament of the whole building.

PERCEPTION

感知

墙体向水面延伸使建筑有了明确的方向性，视线透过水面指向海平面，建筑体所带来的秩序感构成了人们对于场地的另一种感知。

The extension of the wall to the water gives the building a clear orientation. The sight points to the sea level through the water. The sense of order brought by the building body constitutes another perception of the site.

PERCEPTION

材质

以白色回应当地的自然环境，不会给人太强的侵略感，空间上，选用白色和原木为主基调，在压制色彩后将视线引至户外风景。

White to respond to the local natural environment, will not give a person too strong sense of aggression, on the space, choose white and log as the main tone, in the suppression of color will lead the line of sight to the outdoor scenery.
