The new Sales Centre for real estate developer CIFI takes its immediate beachfront position as a starting point for a customer journey that immerses visitors in the relaxing world of a maritime lifestyle.

房地产开发商CIFI的新销售中心将其临海位置作为客户旅程起点，让游客沉浸在轻松的海上生活方式中。

The journey begins at the entrance with a multifaceted atmosphere of shimmering blue light, metallic silver, reflective surfaces and little white sailing boats.

从入口开始，多方位营造出闪烁着的蓝光、金属银光，镜面的反光和白色的小帆船。

Concealed light fixtures were mounted discretely inside ceiling openings to activate memories of sunny days spent at the beach. Panels displaying sea poems, as well as maritime video and audio recordings enhance the whole experience. Added elements are sculptural fishing nets and colourful shoals of glass fish that ‘swim’ above the heads of visitors.

隐藏的灯具被零星的安装在天花板开口内，用来营造出在那些海滩上度过的阳光灿烂的日子。展板上还布置有关于大海的诗歌，海上录像和录音以此增强整个感官体验。此外，还有雕塑的渔网和色彩艳丽的鱼群在游客们的头顶”游动”。

The “Magical Sales Showroom” on the 2nd floor have a dozen photographs of the ocean horizon to reinforce the feeling of being in the beach.  The sale show magic culminates in a little cinema in the adjacent room with a low seating crafted from stylish hawser and stylized sails on the ceiling. The neutral white light produces a cool ambiance enough to integrate well with natural lighting that permeates the interior space when the door opens up and visitors step forward and view the real ocean horizon.  

二楼的“神奇销售陈列室”摆放了十几张沿海岸线的照片，以增强置身于海滩的感觉。用于销售的魔术表演设在了相邻房间的一个小电影院里，低矮的座位是用时髦的绳索和天花板上的风帆制作的。中调的白光营造出一种凉爽的氛围，当门打开，游客们向前一步，看到真正的海岸线时，自然光就会渗透到室内空间。

The entire interior is distinguished by a generous, open and flowing character. Throughout the space, the use of neutral white light in 4000K color temperature, plays an important role in the lighting design. It emphasizes the cool tones of black and white, grey and pale wood and stone hues of the lounge area and all other areas which creates the nautical atmosphere

整个内部的布置营造出了慷慨、开放和流畅的感觉。在整个空间中，采用了4000K色温的中性白光，这样的色调对照明设计起着重要的作用。它强调出休息室和所有其他区域航海氛围应具备的黑与白的冷色调还有灰白和浅色木石的色调。
