Nike unveiled the first House of Innovation, a new global store concept in Shanghai. The 4000 sqm space
is spread over 4 floors and portrays Nike’s biggest innovation moments, matched with personalised and digitally connected retail experience.
耐克揭幕了其位于上海的第一家全球新概念商店,创新之家。4000平方米的个性化零售体验空间以数字技术连接着,分布在四个楼面,勾勒着耐克最大的创新时刻。
The store interior was
inspired by the fluidity of sport, created to ignite the next evolution
of Nike retail through transformative displays and interactive journeys.
商店室内设计的灵感来自于运动的流动性,通过革新性的展示和互动式的旅程来点燃下一代耐克零售的演变
Working with the
Nike Design team in both Shanghai and Portland,
the team from Studio Illumine helped enhanced the experience by limiting light to areas ‘that only need it’.
一昱团队与耐克上海和波特兰团队一起,通过将照明限制在“仅需要照明的地方”来增强体验感。
The intent is to create strong lighting contrasts between circulation and displays areas,
produ
cing a visually dramatic space.
设计旨在动线和展示区域之间创造强烈的照明对比,营造一个视觉上多姿多彩的空间。
Deep-set, track-mounted narrow-beam and framing projectors supplemented with wall-washers
are the main sources of lighting within the space.
嵌入式的强指向性射束轨道灯以及配有洗墙灯的红色投影是整个空间的主要光源。
With
light fixtures discretely concealed and tucked away
between baffles and screens, the lighting effect is seen and felt.
灯具被分散着隐藏在挡板和屏幕之间,这样使得人们只能看到并感受到灯光效果。
This dramatic
lighting effect akins the retail space to a museum
than a sporting goods store.
这种吸引人眼球的灯光效果让这个零售空间感觉更像一座博物馆而不是体育用品商店。
In the basement, the Nike Arena,
a central space visible from all 4 floors,
is a digital-enabled ‘center court’ cladded with LED screens.
在地下室,

,一个从四个楼面都能看到的中央区域,是一个用LED屏幕覆盖的数字化“中央场区”。
Through the use of remote-controlled stage projectors, mounted on both the floor scrims and high ceiling above,
this space doubles up as an interactive digital-led sports trial, workshop and retail space.
通过使用安装在地面纱幕以及较高的天花上的舞台投影仪,这个空间变成了一个集互动式数字化的运动选拔赛、工场以及零售空间于一体的空间。
On the store exterior facade, the Nike-exclusive slumped glass, together with the lighting from the interiors,
creates visual motion that mirrors the movement of athletes and represents th
e iconic aesthetic of Nike Air.
在商店的外立面上,耐克独有的通高玻璃,配以室内灯光,营造出一种视觉动感,展现着运动员的运动状态,以及
Nike Air
标志性的美感。

Its team members are of varied design backgrounds and dedicated to bringing meaningful and imaginative lighting schemes into the built environment. Its independent and professional status ensures that its lighting service is unaffiliated with any manufacturers.
Studio Illumine
believes that lighting is a vital element of good design. As such, it needs to be considered in parallel with the other design processes from the very beginning. Good lighting is developed through an understanding of the latest technology available, lighting codes, sustainability and a sense of the built environment. It is about creating ambience though light and shade. Functional yet beautiful lighting schemes result in meaningful lighting.
