序言 

PREFACE

屋主是一對新婚小夫妻，剛落戶廣州。這是他們在廣州買的第一套房子，樓梯樓；64平的小兩居室，足够滿足兩個人平時的生活與起居。

The owner of the house is a new married couple. They just settled in Guangzhou after returning home from overseas.

依據屋主的需求，整屋以白色+原木色為主色調，溫馨與自然；再輔以黑色線條為點綴，簡潔而幹練。

According to the owner's demand, the whole house is coloured by white and  imple wooden color-tune.

客廳 

Living Room

陽臺封窗，將其納入室內空間；電視背景牆上開了新的窄邊框門窗，在視線上新增廚房與客廳間的通透性。

The balcony is enclosed with windows, which are incorporated into the interior space.

餐廳 

Dining Room

餐邊櫃採用“一體嵌入式”設計，不會讓櫃子突出；頂天立地的一整面大櫃子極大新增小戶型的收納。

The "one piece embedded" design is adopted for the side cupboard, which will not make the cupboard stand out.

廚房 

Kitchen

透過玻璃，在客廳便可以看到廚房。廚房用白色作為主基調，黑色抽烟機+水龍頭+洗碗機等黑色物品為點綴。經典的白+黑碰撞在一起，簡單又不失純粹。

Through the glass, you can see the kitchen from living room.

義大利可麗芙門板可以直接做到2.8m通高，板材尺寸與愛格板一樣；衣櫃門板嵌入式的黑色簡約長把手與入戶門的黑色拉手相呼應。在隔斷方面，百葉窗很好的替代了窗簾，靈活調節室內光線。

Italian korif door panel can be directly 2.8m high, and the panel size is the same as egger board.

書房 

Reading Room

榻榻米+書桌+書櫃+衣櫃一體式的設計，最大程度新增收納空間。你睡你的，我看我的。嵌入式衣櫃完美地與牆融合，怎麼看都不會覺得突兀；白色門板點綴黑色把手。

Combine tatami with desk can expand storage space.

衛生間 

Bathroom

衛生門用的是窄框推拉門+長虹玻璃。

The bathroom mirror is directly installed on the cabinet door .

陽台 

Balcony 

陽臺除了作為洗衣區域，還是這些猫星人獨一無二的“家”、怕夏天太陽太大曬到這些小傢伙，屋主大大早已準備好了乘涼設施。

In addition to being a laundry area, the balcony is the unique "home" of these cats. 

平面推导

原始戶型是小兩房一廳，每個空間相對都算很方正，整個屋子的大格局底子其實還算不錯。但格局在細節方面，存在以下幾個問題： 

1.廚房門與衛生間門正對

2.入戶門與臥室門正對 

3.客廳面積較小，視線不開敞，封閉。

1. The kitchen and the bathroom door are facing each other

2. The entrance and the bedroom door are facing each other

3. The living room area is small, the sight is not open and closed.

分拆9步走，看設計師如何極致利用小戶型的每一處空間：1.改變主臥門的位置與開啟方向 2.避免直對入戶大門 3.取消兩個臥室間的隔牆 4.背靠背設計雙層衣櫃 5.改變廚房門的位置與開啟方向 6.避免廚房門正對衛生間門 7.設計窗戶，新增另一側區域的採光 8.新增陽臺處一小段牆體，使洗衣機變成“嵌入式” 9.利用凹比特，巧妙設定嵌入式儲物櫃

1. Change the position and open direction of the master bedroom door 2. Avoid facing the door directly into the house 

3. Cancel the partition between the two bedrooms.

Work with our designer, Jingyu and the owner to study the solution of  balcony pipeline on site.
