这是一套有着20年楼龄的老房改造

旧格局已经满足不了新的生活方式

布局动线的调整成为了此项目设计当中最关键的要点

通过打开空间局限，令采光与通风始终贯穿于整个空间维度

新的生活方式在旧建筑中延续......

This is a 20-year-old house renovation. The old pattern can no longer meet the new lifestyle.

The adjustment of the layout moving line has become the most critical point in the design of this project,

By opening the limitations of the space, the lighting and ventilation are always throughout the space dimension.

The new way of life continues in the old buildings.

打开客餐厅的格局，实现了公共区域的南北对流

东面的过道把早上的第一缕阳光引入室内

开放的动线让空间的互动变得更加有趣

Open the pattern of guest restaurant and realize the North-South convection of public area. The corridor in the East introduces the first sunshine in the morning into the room. The open moving line makes the space interaction more interesting.

开放式的厨房

利用L型的岛台作为与餐厅的界定与连结

岛台合适的高度恰好挡住厨柜台面上的日常物件

使人在沙发区的视觉显得干净整洁

Open kitchen,

Using L-shaped island platform as the definition and connection with the restaurant,

The

proper height of the island platform just blocks the daily objects on the counter top of the kitchen cabinet,

Make people's vision in sofa area clean and tidy.

书桌的台面可以通过墙上的U型钢槽向外抽拉

为以后预留了摆放钢琴的可能性

The desk top can be pulled outward through the U-shaped steel groove on the wall,

Reserved the possibility of putting piano in the future.

简洁的卧室以白色为基调

搭配温润天然的木色，明亮而又温馨

The simple bedroom is based on white,

Match with warm natural wood color, bright and warm.

牛油果绿与淡粉色的碰撞

让业主的两位宝贝小女儿有了更有趣的房间色彩

孩子的童真在空间里被释放

不断地记载下她们的快乐

The collision between butter green and light pink,

Let the two baby daughters of the owner have more interesting room color,

Children's innocence is released in space,

Keep recording their happiness.
