地产行业已经由单一维度向多维度的方向展开，企业的长板和短板都决定了企业的生命力，成本控制已然成为了地产及设计圈生常谈的话题，那景观成本在这个过程中又承担了什么角色呢？我们认为，低成本景观设计的难点在于“权衡”：即权衡短期投资和长期收益，权衡在保证形式美感、功能使用、自然生态等前提下，降低景观成本的同时获得更好的使用效果和经济效益，而景观成本控制的最佳时期就是在景观设计阶段。——2022 Awards Jury

设计挑战

我们对场地现状及前稿方案的不断推敲与思考，奠定了阳光城周浦项目运动、健康、人文、包容的生活基调。采用合理的、富有人情味的现代风格景观设计，提高居住环境的质量。通过不同的主题空间的营造，吸引人们走出户外，增强住区的运动、休闲场地。

如何在保证车行、人行、消防通道压力的情况下，构建一个有秩序并且有良好形象展示空间的入口区域，如何让入口区域与景观主轴产生较好的联系，并且进行很好的人流引导；让入口与主轴景观形成整体。

如何在保证造价的前提下创造多元化的节点空间以及多样的功能区域。

Our continuous scrutiny and reflection on the current situation of the site and the previous draft plan have laid the foundation for the Sunshine City Zhoupu project, which is a sports, healthy, humanistic and inclusive life tone. It adopts a reasonable and humane modern style landscape design to improve the quality of the living environment. Through the creation of different themed spaces, people are attracted to go outdoors and enhance the sports and leisure venues in the residential area.

采用精准科学的方案布局之结构合理，通过科学设计，在硬质面积均控制在 40%以内，且归家动线设置科学集约。采用精准科学的方案布局之精准定位，选择设配成本的景观风格。控制水景等景观设施的投入，点景或者无水景，精巧化处理景观节点。控制构筑物的数量及体量，设计轻巧型构筑。去装饰化，以简洁大气为主。Accurate and scientific plan layout-reasonable structure, through scientific design, the hard area is controlled within 40%, and the home moving line is set scientifically and intensively. 项目通过“精筑美学”，以木雕为原型，提炼意境，图案纹理以及构件元素运用到主入口，单元入口及景观小品中，体现其精致感，细腻感。“乐童 club“的打造则是将架空层与室外儿童活动区联系起来，室内外一体，通过感应喷泉，萤火虫之光等互动式体验景观，打造一体化的情景主题游乐园。

Through the "refinement aesthetics", the project uses wood carving as the prototype to refine the artistic conception, pattern texture and component elements and apply it to the main entrance, unit entrance and landscape sketches, reflecting its sense of delicacy and delicacy. The creation of "Le Tong Club" is to connect the overhead floor with the outdoor children’s activity area, integrating indoor and outdoor, and creating an integrated scene theme amusement park through interactive experience landscapes such as induction fountains and firefly lights.

采用全面精细的品质控制之材料与细节，通过科学合理的工艺工法研究，选择材料利用率高、施工难度低、效果易控的空间形式。同时采用全面精细的品质控制之植物研究，通过低成本项目绿化组织特点，严控软景成本。尽可能做高软硬比，减少园建的过度配置：非消防体系区域，景观硬景控制在 20%以下。尽可能提高植物尤其是草坪空间。

Adopt comprehensive and fine quality control materials and details, through scientific and reasonable process research. Choose a space form with high material utilization, low construction difficulty, and easy-to-control effects. At the same time, we adopt comprehensive and meticulous quality control plant research, and strictly control the cost of soft landscape through low-cost project greening organizational characteristics.
