How could we make our annual christmas party more meaningful?

一场怎样的圣诞派对才会更有意义，更令人难忘？

This October, Lukstudio had to say goodbye to our previous office on Changning Road where we have been working for 4 years. Our team got a taste of working from home for a month and a half (looking at the bright side, we are now fully equipped if some of us need to be quarantined! Fingers cross not! ) We moved into our new office space on Yanan Road this mid-December. Just in time to host a big celebration for Christmas!

我们在今年 10 月底被迫迁出已使用 4 年的长宁路办公室，大家开启了为期一个半月的居家办公模式（从好的方面来看，即使有人因疫情被隔离，也能顺利地开展工作），直到 12 月中旬我们位于延安西路迎龙大厦的新办公室完成并正式乔迁。恰逢圣诞佳节，我们在平安夜举办了一场由开放日、庆生、圣诞和动保慈善募捐组成的特殊派对。

Christmas filled the air, especially with a real pine tree at the office. Our team started decorating the space in the afternoon. Gifts for Secret Santa are ready for the big exchange.

办公室放置了一棵松树后，圣诞节的气息便弥漫开来。当天下午，小伙伴们陆续从工作中抽身，加入到派对现场的布置中。装饰一新的圣诞树下，堆满了同事们为相互交换而准备的神秘礼品。

△ After / 改造后 Our arched ceilings above workspace were transformed into festive features, simply using coloured gel films and plastic bags.

我们用彩色贴纸和就地取材的塑料袋将台灯进行改造，在工作区上方的拱顶打出节日的灯光氛围。

Good food is essential to make a great party and preparation is key.

美酒美食对于一场盛大的派对至关重要，大家一起着手准备烤火鸡、炸肉饼、香槟等，更少不了香味扑鼻的热红酒。

Our office dogs put on their best costumes to welcome guests.

作为形象大使的 Mutmut、Melanie、Bailey 和小龙虾也换上圣诞装扮，挤在门口等待客人到来。

A brief birthday celebration for our Capricorn designer was followed by Secret Santa, a recycled version that asked everyone to gift something from their household instead of buying new stuff.

为我们的摩羯座设计师庆祝完生日后，接着进行芝作室传统的圣诞礼物互换活动。每个人准备的礼物都来自家中的闲置物品，而非额外购买。

The whiteboard wall was very popular. Children let out their artistic imagination, while we couldn’t help playing a few games of Draw N Guess.

新办公室的白板墙颇受大家青睐，小朋友们在上边尽情释放艺术灵感，小伙伴们也开心地玩起了你画我猜的游戏。

As we were counting our guests, we realized that the gathering could be up to 100 ppl. So we thought why not turn it into a meaningful fundraiser for animal lovers SCAA (weixinID: SCAAShanghai). We asked our collaborators and got great support from Sukhothai Hotel, Coquille, SHIKAKU, Kesshō and LAB whisky & cocktail.

我们预计会有 100 多人参与派对，因此想借此机会将它变为帮助动物保护和救助组织。

我们向合作过的品牌寻求赞助，上海素凯泰酒店、Coquille 壳里西餐厅、SHIKAKU 餐厅、Kesshō 珂珂琥巧克力和 LAB whisky & cocktail 酒吧纷纷慷慨解囊提供礼品和礼券。

For the raffle planning, poster and ticket design, Christina got great help from two of her amazing graphic designer friends, Evelyn and Vivian from Art / Graphics Service. Due to very tight timeline, many friends were still busy cutting raffle tickets at the start of the party.

抽奖环节海报、抽奖券的策划和设计，由 Christina 的好友，来自 Art/Graphics Service 的平面设计师 Evelyn 与 Vivian 负责完成。由于时间紧迫，在派对开始之际，各方好友还在努力裁切刚打印出来的抽奖券。

Party began around 6.30pm, Christina was greeting guests in her Santa hat, while our raffle team members were busy selling tickets.

6 点半过后，Christina 换上圣诞节装扮迎接远道而来的客人，小伙伴们也化身销售，纷纷向来宾售卖抽奖券。

Clients, collaborators, new and old friends all gather in this new space, enjoying the party vibe. 客户、合作顾问、新老朋友们一边享用美食，一边参观我们的新办公室。芝作室的一众老员工也过来参与活动，与久违的老友聊上几句。

Handling the begging dogs was a collective effort and part of the fun.

大家一起帮忙监控在现场到处流窜的馋嘴狗狗们，成为派对中一个相当有趣的环节。

After 3 rounds of exciting lucky draw, 27 gifts went to many generous donors. We mananged to raise a total of RMB 13000 and it all went to SCAA for their great cause. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this lovely and meaningful evening. Every bit of your positivity counts.

在随后进行的 3 轮抽奖中，那些富有爱心的幸运儿们分别获得了 27 份令人羡慕的奖品。我们共募集到 13000 元善款，全部捐赠给 SCAA 用于伟大的公益活动。感谢为本次派对出钱出力，慷慨解囊的客户、合作伙伴与朋友们，你们的每一点付出都很宝贵。
