以土地的静谧禀赋为基底，融萃建筑与景观的高端造诣，秉承金茂云萃府的现代简约主义高级审美，通过对自然、艺术、空间的深度剖析，将自然与人文融合于现代雅奢之中，构筑轻奢的新现代主义生活。

It combines the tranquility of the land and the high-quality of architecture and landscape, adhering to the modern minimalist high-end aesthetics of Jinmao Yuncui Mansion. Through in-depth analysis of nature, art and space, it integrates nature and humanity into modern elegance and luxury.

在本案的设计中，我们将空间转化为一个关于美的“实验场”，其中，藉由经验而来的灵感，激发出以色彩、线条、体积等为手段的空间美学形态。

Beauty makes us happy and deeply happy. In the design of this case, we transformed the space into an "experimental field" of beauty, in which, inspired by experience, the aesthetic form of space using colors, lines, volume, etc., is inspired.

空间整体以大地色为主调，采用岩板、金属、木饰面、波纹玻璃等材质，根据材质的不同纹路肌理与塑形性进行搭配与创作。材料的曲与直、柔与刚，化为极富韵味的旋律，细腻的变化对比，营造出雅致动人的空间氛围。

The project uses rock slabs, metal, wood veneers, corrugated glass as mainmaterials, and matches them according to their different textures and shapes. The curvy and straightness, softness and rigidity of the materials are transformed into a very charming melody, creating an elegant and moving space atmosphere.

客厅、餐厅、厨房的一体化设计，使得整个空间饱满流畅，同时赋予家可居、可学、可玩的多种属性。融合的空间结构，串联起对于家的所有向往，营造无微不至的心动之境。

The LDKdesignmakes the entire space look full and smooth, and at the same time makes the home a place where you canlivein, learn, and play. The integrated spatial structure connects all the yearnings for home in series, creating a state of meticulous heartbeat.

现代家庭的餐厅已不再仅仅是一个进餐的地方。长形的餐桌与厨房的操作台仅咫尺之距，餐厅的飘窗被巧妙设计为舒适的卡座。足够宽敞又紧密相连的空间，用餐、工作、分享、手作、交流，释放家庭生活的无限可能。

The long dining table is only a few steps away from the kitchen console, and the bay window is converted into a comfortable deck. A sufficiently spacious and closely connected space, dining, working, sharing, hand-crafting, and communicating, unleash the infinite possibilities of family life.

生活

是历经繁华的那一份宁静

简洁素雅的硬包墙布与床头的硬包面板，在线条与材质上融为一体，仅以色彩加以区别，给予视觉以舒适感与艺术感。飘窗被打造为一处可坐可躺的小天地，和家人沐浴在阳光里，喝茶吃点心，共享午后的自在静谧。

The hard-covered wall covering and the hard-covered panel of the bed are integrated in line and material, distinguished by color only, giving the vision a sense of comfort. The bay window is also converted into a small place where you can sit and lie down. You can bathe in the sun with your family, enjoying an afternoon tea quietly.

热爱生活就从收纳开始。收纳柜体材质与颜色的选择搭配，藏与露的适当比例分配，都为了保证空间的美观性和使用的便利性，以及彰显生活的雅致和追求。

The selection and matching of the material and color of the storage cabinet, and the proper proportion of hiding and dew are all in order to ensure the beauty of the space, the convenience of use, and also the elegance and pursuit of life.

老人的居住空间以打造幽静生活方式为题，让思虑放下，让心中平静。安静的米白色打底，搭配浓淡有致的大地色，素雅的背板硬包以及两者之间的金属过渡收边，每一处细节里皆传递出内敛和细致。

The living space of the elderly is designed to create a secluded lifestyle. The quiet beige base is matched with the gentle and steady earth color, the simple and elegant back panel hard cover and the metal transition between the two sides, reflecting its restrained and meticulous.

男孩房以“击剑运动”作为设计主题，床头背景壁纸和空间主题互相映衬，在融入孩子的兴趣与志向，享受平静自在的同时，也能与心中热爱日日相伴。

The boy’s room is themed on "fencing sport". The bedside background wallpaper and the space theme reflect each other, blending into the children’s interests and aspirations, enjoying peace and comfort, and being able to accompany the love in the heart every day.

书房的空间没有过多的装饰，白色的墙面搭配利落的深色线条，内嵌灯带给安静的空间带来明快与活力，简约而时尚精致。

The study space does not have too much decoration. The white walls are matched with neat dark lines, and the bright built-in lights bring a touch of agility to the quiet space, simple and stylish.

阳台空间开阔舒朗、采光充足，被层层绿意包围，自然、光线、声音和空气都成为了此时此刻的补充元素，共同营造宁静、轻松、引人遐思的氛围。

The balcony in the living room is spacious and well-lit, surrounded by layers of greenery. Nature, light, sound and air have become the supplementary elements of the moment, creating a peaceful, relaxing, and contemplative atmosphere.
