北京 Yan House · 微水泥与玻璃的诗意融合丨中国北京丨谜舍设计工作室

项目位于北京一个静谧舒适的住宅区内，是一栋独立的 4 层住宅。

业主夫妇想通过此次设计营造一个舒适且能陪伴两个孩子自由成长的家。

Located in a quiet and comfortable residential area in Beijing, the project is a 4-story house. Through the design, the couple wanted to create a comfortable home that could accompany their two children to grow up freely.

家是我们舒展个人身心，又能与生命中最重要的人分享美好时刻的地方。家在伴随我们生命历程展开的过程中也会逐渐拥有自己的生命力，在我们的不同阶段呈现出不同的状态。

Home is a place where we stretch ourselves and share moments with the people who matter most in our lives. Home will gradually take on its own vitality as our life unfolds, presenting different states at different stages of our lives.

因此在这个项目中，我们对设计做减法，希望营造出自然舒适的整体氛围，让空间回归生活本身；根据家庭成员的喜好与特质，我们对局部的空间形态进行了变化，让每个人都能在这个空间中探索到独特的体验；在空间的功能设置上，既能让每个人有独属于自己时刻，又能有共享、交流、互动的场所。

Therefore, in this project, we subtracted the design, hoping to create a natural and comfortable overall atmosphere, let the space return to life itself; According to the preferences and characteristics of family members, we change the local space form, so that everyone can explore a unique experience in this space; As for the function setting of the space, we can not only let everyone have their own moments, but also have a place for sharing, communication and interaction. ▼ 空间概览，Overall view of the space

▼玄关，Porch

▼客餐厅，Living room and dinner space

空间选用微水泥、木地板等有自然质感的材质，将整体空间营造出自然、放松的氛围。在楼板转角、楼梯扶手等细部做了弧形处理，无论是行或躺，都会带给人柔软放松的心理感受。

We choose micro cement, wood floor and other natural texture materials in the space to create a natural and relaxed atmosphere for the whole space. We are arcing the slab corner and stair handle, no matter walk or lie down, the space can bring people soft and relaxed psychological experience.

客厅入口天花设置了玻璃楼板，一层延伸至二层的通高书架通过玻璃楼板形成空间垂直维度的视觉联络。一层与二层的书架在未来也会因为大人与孩子不同的阅读喜好形成有趣的对话。

A glass floor is set at the entrance to the living room. The double-height bookshelf forms a visual connection of the vertical dimensions of the space through the glass floor. The bookshelf on the first and second floors will also form interesting dialogues based on the different reading preferences of adults and children in the future.

餐桌面向庭院，通往庭院门选用大扇特制玻璃滑门，将庭院景致引入室内。餐桌一侧放有 100 寸激光投影电视，光线充足时也可以保证屏幕亮度，为日常及聚会带来丰富的活动。

The dining table faces the courtyard. A large sliding glass door is selected to lead the courtyard into the room. There is a 100-inch laser projection TV on one side of the dining table. When the light is sufficient, the screen brightness can also be guaranteed, bringing rich activities for daily activities and parties.

厨房选用玻璃滑门，满足开放或封闭的使用需求；操作台面结合就餐吧台，使用餐方式更为自由。

We use glass sliding doors in the kitchen area to meet different need; Cooking table and bar counter are connected together, make repast way more free.

楼梯用微水泥整体浇筑，并对扶手做了弧形处理，使孩子在空间中的活动更为安全，又有很好的扶握感。

The stairs are poured with micro cement as a whole, and the handrail is processed with arc, so that children’s activities in the space are safer, and create a good sense of holding.

二层原欧式栏杆拆除，调整为微水泥护墙与钢化玻璃结合的形式，在确保安全性的同时，玻璃的通透性也使孩子能与一层进行有趣的互动。地面选用质感独特的年轮木地板，让成长中的孩子对环境的感知更为丰富。

The original European railings on the second floor were removed and adjusted to a combination of micro cement and glass. While ensuring safety, the transparency of glass also enables children to interact with the first floor in an interesting way. The ground is covered with a unique wood floor with tree rings to enrich the growing children’s perception of the environment.

通高书架与玻璃楼板的结合，拓展了孩子的阅读体验，引发孩子对于知识的好奇与探索。孩子还可以另一种视角观察空间，并与一层的家庭成员进行互动，为日常生活带来更多的趣味性。玻璃楼板由四层钢化玻璃定制而成，加固的钢结构隐藏于书架内，一侧的钢化玻璃扶手埋入很深，确保稳定性与安全性。

The combination of full-height bookshelf and glass floor extends children’s reading experience and arouses children’s curiosity and exploration of knowledge. Children can also observe the space from another perspective and interact with the family members on the ground floor, bringing more interest to daily life. The glass floor is custom-made from four layers of toughened glass. The reinforced steel structure is hidden inside the bookshelves, while the toughened glass handrails on one side are deeply embedded to ensure stability and safety.

考虑到孩子对空间的独特视角，我们在儿童卧室及活动空间之间的墙壁上做了弧形洞口，并用皮革包裹，使孩子既可以攀爬、穿梭于不同空间，又能舒适地躺在上面阅读。

Considering the children’s unique perspective on space, we made curved holes in the wall between the children’s bedroom and the activity space, and covered them with leather, so that the children can not only climb and move through different Spaces, but also lie on it and read comfortably.

业主的孩子很喜爱绘画，我们用可擦白色乳胶漆与磁性漆对学习绘画室的墙壁做了处理，使孩子的创作更为自由。负一层的长廊被设计为展廊，将孩子宝贵的想象与创作呈现出来，展廊尽头恰好引入天光，洒在绿植上，与孩子的画作相得益彰。

Children enjoy painting very much. We used erasable white magnetic paint to deal with the walls of the learning room, so that the children’s creation is freer. We design the corridor on the bottom floor as an exhibition gallery, presenting children’s precious imagination and creation. At the end of the gallery, the light from the sky shines on the plants, complementing the children’s paintings.

三层主卧与花园做连通，卧室步入花园处选用 4mm-6mm 粒径的灰色砾石与石板。一步之隔便能进入到很有自然与户外感的花园中。选用灵活的户外家具，可根据不同的使用需求灵活摆放。花园墙面留白，让绿植与光影来展现自然的韵律。无论是清晨还是傍晚，都能使住在这里的人重新与自然得到连接，回归身体本身的节奏。

The master bedroom on the third floor is connected with the garden. Grey gravel and SLATE of 4mm-6mm particle size are selected when the bedroom steps into the garden. One step away, one can enter the garden with a very natural and outdoor feeling. Choose flexible outdoor furniture, which can be flexibly placed according to different use needs. The wall of the garden is left empty, so that green plants and light show the rhythm of nature. Whether it’s early morning or early evening, it allows people who live here to reconnect with nature and return to the rhythm of their bodies.

地下设置影音间，在未来也将成为房屋主人一家共同分享快乐的空间。

We set up a video room underground. In the future, it will also become a space for the owner and family to share happiness together.
