▐ 椭圆形的训练区 Oval Training Area

空间由两个椭圆形训练场地串连功能动线，小一些的私教训练和大一些的团课训练场地。

The space is constructed by a steel frame with two oval-shaped training fields connected in series with functional lines. The smaller one is private training and the larger one is group training venues.

进入场地，犹如置身没有退路的角斗场，又如漫步在大城府的断壁残垣之中。①大城府，位于曼谷北边 72 公里处巴沙河畔，曾繁荣辉煌数百年，因此留下了不少珍贵古遗址。

Entering the venue is like being in an arena with no retreat, or walking among the ruins of Ayutthaya①. ①Ayutthaya, located on the banks of the Pasar River 72 kilometers north of Bangkok, has been prosperous for hundreds of years, so many precious ancient sites have been left behind.

热身是运动前必不可少的准备过程。架空在沙地之上的环形跑道，是设计师给你的肌肉与关节最直接的疼爱，是你大展拳脚前的必经之路。

Warming up is an indispensable preparation process before exercise. The circular track overhead on the sand is the most direct love for your muscles and joints by the designer, and is the only way for you to show your fists.
