近日，由宝安区人民政府主办、市规划和自然资源局宝安管理局承办的宝安创业路商务大道策划及城市设计国际咨询专家评审会成功落幕。经专家多轮优选，深圳市蕾奥规划设计咨询股份有限公司、伍兹贝格建筑设计咨询（上海）有限公司、广州高力国际物业服务有限公司获得优秀方案奖。此次国际咨询由日杰瑞欣作为全流程技术支持方，将完成从项目前期研究、国际咨询到实施方案编制的全流程技术服务工作，下一步将对本次入围的 5 个设计方案进行整合，充分汲取各设计方案的优点，并结合现状情况，形成最终的实施方案，加快推动规划落地。

南部超趣生活区以翻身村为核心，是宝中边缘创业精神的底层聚核，却因陈旧、凌乱的城市环境，无法更好地激发地缘、低成本、多元等优势带来的价值。以城市更新和综合整治为机遇，优化公共空间体系，串联起漫活趣街、人才公寓、烟火商街、焕新市集、积极街角等趣城网络，并环形织补四季公园，联通并融入城市绿网，使其成为宝安大道新旧文化融合的公共绿野。
