由绿城与 SWS Group 倾情合作的济南新地标春风心语生活美学馆&样板间正式揭晓。项目运用前沿时尚主题，汲取源自哈咘的萌趣元素而打造的潮流属地，全面展示着春风心语的独特魅力和未来生活。

Spring Mansion, a new landmark in Jinan launched by SWS Group and Greentown, opened as scheduled. The project design is based on the theme of cutting-edge fashion and draws on the cute elements of IP H BEAR, fully demonstrating the unique charm and life of the project.

生活美学馆的色系搭配源自“哈咘”的奇妙色彩搭配，特别是高价打造的炫彩立面，灵感源自 LV 棋盘格花纹造型，极具秩序，配合灵动的色彩转换，烘托出了整个空间的时尚气息，也呼应着绿城·济南春风心语时尚活力的人居主题，十分引人入胜。

The color matching comes from the wonderful color matching of IP HI BEAR, especially the colorful facade created at a high price. The inspiration comes from the LV checkerboard pattern shape. With the flexible color conversion, it highlights the fashionable atmosphere of the whole space, which also echoes the The project is characterized by fashion and vitality.

咖啡 x 花艺 x 聚餐 x 社交

开启理想社区的多元生活方式

项目以“开放多元、潮流时尚、年轻活力、大胆包容”为设计关键词，围绕“发掘自身美好能量，探听宇宙与我们之间的共鸣”为主题。馆内空间顶部经过精心设计，既有直线延伸的超大金属光幕，也有圆盘形的太空感光幕，映衬出空间的宽阔和现代氛围，颇有一种穿越时空的科幻感。随处可见的哈咘元素演绎着萌趣与慵懒，科技和未来。是什么滋养着我们的灵魂？是星辰、梦想、热爱、未来。

The project takes "openness and diversity, trendy fashion, youthful vitality, boldness and tolerance" as the design key words, and focuses on the theme of "exploring our own beautiful energy and listening to the resonance between the universe and us".

The tops of different areas in the room are carefully designed, including a super-large metal light curtain extending in a straight line, and a disc-shaped space photosensitive screen, which has a sci-fi feeling that travels through time and space.

What nourishes our soul? It is stars, dreams, love, and the future.

解锁「潮玩之家」

"年轻、潮流、时尚"是潮玩之家的关键词，结合 HBEAR 形象，潮玩手办收藏、电玩休闲等潮玩艺术元素融入生活空间。以夸张的形式，大量几何图形重复，奇特的装饰和大胆的色彩展示了主人创造思维，极富表现力，同时带来活泼轻松感。空间色彩以马卡龙暖色系为基调，部分软装和陈列撞色搭配，同时强化人性化细节设计，突出户型的收纳功能。

"Youth, trend, and fashion" are the keywords of Tide Play Home. Combined with the image of H BEAR, trendy art elements such as trendy hand-made collections and video game leisure are integrated into the living space. Showcasing the owner’s creative thinking with exaggerated design forms, extensive use of geometric figures, quirky decorations and bold colors, it is highly expressive.

入户玄关，是家居收纳的起点。除了鞋子、外套、包包、雨具、户外用品、婴儿推车、行李箱、钥匙等大件小件生活杂物，后疫情时代，口罩、消毒喷雾、免洗喷雾等必备日用品也成为了玄关收纳的重要部分。玄关收纳柜体结合餐边柜功能，玻璃柜门与幻彩树脂玻璃材质形成了色调上层次分明的对比，不同材质的碰撞，展现空间的潮流艺术美感。

餐厅岛台延续厨房台面结合酒柜功能，可作为独立的操作台，也可作为备餐台使用。U 型厨房设计空间利用率高，流畅的操作动线，洗切烹煮一气呵成，更显高效日常。开放式厨房增进家人之间的交流和互动，墙面电镀金属砖结合米灰色柜体搭配极具设计感的厨具餐具，将喜爱溶于生活，让生活源于热爱。

典雅轻奢的都市“当代雅奢”理想居所，以后疫情时代下年轻屋主的兴趣爱好为切入点，让看似相异的风格，形成一种默契的平衡。

归家仪式感，从规整有序的玄关收纳开始。鞋、包、外套以及五花八门的小物件精准归纳，合理布局，以完整的收纳体系解锁新的生活方式，整理出便捷有效的玄关空间。客餐厅联动形成了一个连贯流动的情境时态，融合展示、娱乐、社交休闲等功能，挖掘家居空间的最大化潜能，互动空间得以延伸。

厨房作为美食聚集地，从生活方式到生活品质，占据着不可忽视的位置。灯光膜天花和通透玻璃展示收纳柜让人间烟火与精致生活两者兼得。结合餐厅台面，根据中西餐厨分类，系统规划厨具电器收纳。从中餐到西餐、烘焙等不同烹饪做法，灵活自如地切换，满足不同的场景需求，让烹饪时光成为一种享受。

As a gathering place for food, the kitchen occupies a position that cannot be ignored from lifestyle to quality of life. Combined with restaurant countertops, according to the classification of Chinese and Western kitchen chefs, the storage of kitchen utensils and appliances is systematically planned, and different cooking practices such as Chinese food, Western food, and baking are used to meet the needs of different scenarios and make cooking time a pleasure.

主卧联动客厅及阳台，整体式皮革床背配合轨道插座，细节间展现出优雅与品质。墙面艺术漆大地色系给人安静自然的感觉，不同材质的结合的墙饰搭配天际线灯，将卧室空间引入静谧安适的氛围中。化妆台与衣柜整合家所需承载的功能性与日常性，物品被重新归纳，明确功能的分布，构造井然有序的场景呈现。
