广州滨江上都，位于广州主城区荔湾，项目由中信泰富和中船集团联合开发，以上海滨江金融城为蓝本，力图把广船新城打造成滨江综合体、广州全新城市地标。

The project is located in Liwan, the main urban area of Guangzhou. It is jointly developed by CITIC Pacific and CSSC. Based on the above Binjiang Financial City, it strives to build Guangzhou Shipbuilding New City into a riverside complex and a new urban landmark in Guangzhou.

作为广州城市文化中轴与城市景观轴的交汇点，以白鹅潭 CBD、一江两岸四城和新 TOD 枢纽规划为起点，打造立足广州、辐射粤港澳大湾区、面向世界的国际化滨江活力区，集商务、商业、生活、休闲、文化体验为一体的多元化城市综合体。

As the intersection of Guangzhou’s urban cultural axis and urban landscape axis, starting from the Bai’etan CBD, four cities on one river and four cities and the new TOD hub plan, it will build an international riverside that is based in Guangzhou, radiating the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and facing the world. Vitality District, a diversified urban complex integrating business, commerce, life, leisure and cultural experience.

穿城而过的珠江，奠定了广州的千年人文底蕴。如今江岸线的变迁，更是城市活力的集中体现。

占据约 2 公里珠江岸线的滨水空间，项目以公园与城市的无界融合，打开城市面向滨水的通廊，将人、珠江与自然，紧密地编织在一起。

The Pearl River passing through the city has laid the foundation of Guangzhou’s thousand-year cultural heritage. Today’s changes in the riverbank line are a concentrated expression of the vitality of the city. Occupying about 2 kilometers of waterfront space on the shoreline of the Pearl River, the project uses the unbounded integration of the park and the city to open up the waterfront corridor of the city, and weave people, the Pearl River and nature closely together.

把控高雅格调的细节，将希腊灰大理石、鱼肚白人造石、云间灰大理石，结合木饰面与仿古铜不锈钢的点缀，材质、色彩、形体排列组合，明亮敞阔，诗意横生。

Control the details of the elegant style, combine Greek gray marble, fish maw white artificial stone, cloud gray marble, wood veneer and antique copper stainless steel embellishment, material, color, shape arrangement and combination, bright and spacious, full of poetry.

以光洁明朗的浅色大理石为基地，与沉稳的木饰面结合，突显空间尺度与张力，以多重的构造手法营造深邃浪漫的氛围。

Based on smooth and bright light-colored marble, combined with calm wood veneer, it highlights the spatial scale and tension, and creates a deep and romantic atmosphere with multiple structural techniques.

开阔的空间视野，创造无形的空间价值，纵深尺度复合出疏朗开阔的空间关系。当忙碌的工作节奏慢慢褪去，踏入家门，夕阳余晖依然能洒满房间。

The open space vision creates intangible space value, and the depth scale is compounded to create a clear and open space relationship. When the busy work rhythm slowly fades away, the afterglow of the sunset can still fill the room when you step into the house.

以温暖的色调为视觉主轴，结合简约精致的细节元素搭配，营造出一个档次而又气质的空间氛围。

With warm tones as the main visual axis, combined with simple and exquisite detail elements, it creates a high-grade and temperamental space atmosphere.

厨房中岛的设计作为生活区的重要“据点”，承担着备餐功能，也可以作为吧台，与友人在夜晚时小酌倾诉，平衡了客餐厅空间规划的实用与美学。

The design of the island in the kitchen, as an important "base" in the living area, undertakes the function of preparing meals, and can also be used as a bar counter for drinking and talking with friends at night, balancing the practicality and aesthetics of the space planning of the dining room.

身处都市繁华之中，人们更渴望简单与自由，都会鉴赏家，生活摩登客，用简洁的线条勾勒家的形态，用艺术表达着对生活的热爱。
