住在美丽而开阔的河畔是人生的一大幸事。

Greentown Lakeside Mansion has chosen Jinsha Lake, known as "Little Sanya in Hangzhou", which is located in the east of Hangzhou. From the perspective of "innovation" and "benchmarking", SWS Group incorporated high-standard design concepts into the design cases of the two model rooms, depicting the luxurious and beautiful lakeside feelings and the living temperature of living by the lake.

01.Type 1: 125㎡

“临湖而居，风轻拂着家的每一个角落”

"Living by the lake,

the wind is blowing every corner of the house"

客厅以简洁优雅的组合形式，让空间回归到情感连接的本质。大理石、木饰、金属材质的项目交映，奠定了整体的居家气质。个性、包容、自我，这是一个完全为自己而打造的家。

The living room uses a simple and elegant combination to return the space to the essence of emotional connection. The projects of marble, wood decoration and metal materials are reflected, which establishes the overall home temperament. Personality, tolerance, and self, this is a home made entirely for oneself.

客餐厅是重要的居家共享场所，集收纳、展示、娱乐、兴趣、社交等功能，突出着多人用餐的属性，也设计为可容纳亲朋好友聚会的休闲空间。

The living room is an important home-sharing place, integrating storage, display, entertainment, interest, socializing and other functions, highlighting the attributes of multi-person dining, and is also designed as a leisure space that can accommodate friends and family gatherings.

品酒区收纳着主人的私藏，是午夜时分享受静谧的“舒适区”，可与三五好友品酒畅谈，也能独处放松。

The wine tasting area houses the owner’s private wine collection. It is a quiet "comfort zone" at midnight, where you can enjoy wine tasting with friends and relax alone.

书房的打造延续着整体沉稳尊贵的配色基调，带来深邃而静谧的空间气氛。

The creation of the study continues the overall calm and noble color tone, bringing a deep and quiet space atmosphere.

随着后疫情时代的到来，主卧的空间属性越来越值得我们思考，卧室是否应该在满足我们休憩的同时，还兼备更多其它功能？工作、梳化、收纳、洗浴、起居、娱乐等所有需求。在宅家生活中，起到更好的隔离与隐私性。

With the advent of the post-epidemic era, the spatial attributes of the master bedroom are more and more worthy of our consideration. Should the bedroom satisfy our rest while also having more other functions? Work, grooming, storage, bathing, living, entertainment and other needs. 阳台容纳了多个日常功能的实用性，同时，在午后阳光的沐浴下，读书、喝茶，享受来自户外的能量。

次卧空间演绎了一丝复古和文艺的气息，结合整体风格的同时也不乏眼前一亮的视觉。

The second bedroom space interprets the atmosphere of retro and literary art, combined with the overall style, there is no lack of bright vision at the same time.

儿童房设定为男孩房，预留了独立学习与玩乐的场景。大人的世界与天真浪漫的孩童世界共同构成了一个完整的属于家的生活方式。

Type 2: 105㎡

“湖畔情怀，日出的颜色就是家的温度”

"Feelings by the lake,

the color of sunrise is the temperature of home"

清晨，金色朝阳唤醒一片慵懒的湖光山色；傍晚，飞鸟划破日落，给云霞染上胭脂。杭州的袅娜与美好，无时无刻不在发生。

In the early morning, the golden sunrise awakens a lazy lake and mountains; in the evening, the birds cut through the sunset and dye the clouds with rouge. The grace and beauty of Hangzhou happen all the time.

空间的金色装饰与流光溢彩的酒器衬托着弧型的沙发和空间线条的立体，既柔和统一，又有着微妙的刚柔并济的变化。

The golden decoration of the space and the colorful wine vessels set off the curved sofa and the three-dimensional space of the space, which are both soft and unified, but also have subtle changes of rigidity and softness.

夜晚，当繁忙的工作告一段落，都市的喧嚣回归平静，客厅是凝神静心的休憩所。在暖光的照耀下，温柔的暖色与织物的交织，衬托出家的温度与舒适。

At night, when the busy work comes to an end, the hustle and bustle of the city returns to calm, and the living room is a resting place for concentration. Under the shining of warm light, the interweaving of gentle warm colors and fabrics brings out the temperature and comfort of a monk.

厨房与就餐区之间的开放设计，更有助于家庭成员之间的居家互动。完整的配备，不论是正餐还是简单的一杯咖啡，全然享受不同时段的使用体验。

书房作为一处小憩空间，轻盈的配色更有助于阅读和独处，平时也可灵活作为午休的小房间。

主卧一侧临窗，拉开窗帘便能感受清晨的第一缕阳光。墙面的几何装饰呼应着大自然的视觉符号，透露着海上生明月的静谧和雅致。

There is a window on one side of the master bedroom, and you can feel the first ray of sunshine in the morning by opening the curtains. The geometric decoration of the wall echoes the visual symbols of nature, revealing the tranquility and elegance of the bright moon on the sea.
