本次，新城联手SWS Group设计团队，隆重推出了三套以超级都会之城为蓝本的样板空间，延续

高效、品质、多元的核心理念，以截然不同的设计风格，个性化地表现了未来理想城市生活。

设计的本质在于回归到生活本身，“生活”是线性流逝的、鲜活动人的、充满变量的存在。

我们铺开当代核心家庭的真实生活，探索每一个生活的瞬间，以一百例几经打磨的设计细节，表现一个真正被需要的居家生活空间得样本，让设计

真正服务于人的生活。

Seazon and the SWS Group design team grandly launched three model spaces based on the super metropolis, continuing the core concepts of efficiency, quality and diversity, and expressing the future in a completely different design style. The essence of design is to return to life itself. "Life" is a linear, unactive, variable existence. Unfold the real life of the contemporary nuclear family, explore every moment of life, present a truly needed home living space with one hundred design details, and let the design truly serve people's lives.

新现代主义的审美视角

回家后将购物袋放置入户挂钩，解放双手轻松打开智能门锁，继续在玄关区的多媒体屏预定刚刚看到的亲子活动，玄关强大可变的收纳系统，给家庭带来了极大的便利。

一边看电视，一边关注着厨房烹饪的动态。开放式客餐厅让家人一边享受居家一边轻松交流。

烹饪过程中，洗-切-炒-收纳合理的动线，让制作饭菜的步骤简洁干练，一间好的厨房，人人都是厨艺达人。

清晨醒来，第一缕阳光透过窗帘映照在脸上，开启活力满满的一天，游戏房与卧室一墙之隔，游戏室也可做为工作区，让睡眠和工作互不干扰，终于有了窝在沙发上看电影的小天地。

清晨起床走进浴室可以有条不紊的洗漱，镜柜内收藏在女主人的化妆用品，270°的化妆镜让爱美的女士画着精致的美妆，一天的好心情从这一刻开始。

这套以现代风格为主打的样板间针对于年轻的之家，空间的居住者设定为从事互联网和设计行业的年轻夫妻，他们偏好现代感的设计，追求时尚的设计细节，具备更开放的心态和贴近潮流的生活方式。设计团队以新现代主义的审美视角重新审视这个空间，以理性的思考方式回归家的本质，在强调秩序与功能的同时，注入平和、宁静与温润。

This model room based on modern style is aimed at young homes. The occupants of the space are set as young couples engaged in the Internet and design industry. They prefer modern design, pursue fashionable design details, and have more openness. Attitude and lifestyle close to the trend. The design team re-examined this space from the aesthetic perspective of neo-modernism, and returned to the essence of home in a rational way of thinking.

客厅的墙壁采用了艺术玻璃和装饰硅酸钙板，营造出更立体、更特殊的肌理感。

今年流行的“经典蓝”一直是永不过时的选项，以中性、深邃和安宁深得年轻人喜爱，空间让其作为深刻的视觉符号贯穿其中，以丰饶的创意表达出生活内涵和当代气质，将空间具化为实用与美学交织相融的生命体，赋予空间轻奢、雅致而舒适的生活氛围。

The walls of the living room use art glass and decorative calcium silicate boards to create a more three-dimensional and special texture. 空间中暗藏多处精心考量的设计细节，而一个周到而巧妙的细节，就可以为空间及居住者改变很多。

例如，玄关处镜子的设计用来当穿衣镜，也用来遮挡电箱表；客厅墙壁与地面之间的灯带设计，为空间勾勒出一丝活力；吊顶与地面的折角处多以弧形的方式代替直角，扩充了空间感。

“经典蓝”延续至儿童房，为之带来的一份宁静致远、深沉有力的安全感，让这个纯粹而抚慰人心的颜色为空间带来舒适的视觉和治愈感。床的设计借鉴了榻榻米的结构，打开床底抽屉便配合着强大的储物功能。

家人的温馨就是每天一定有一个时间、一个空间、整整齐齐在一起。客餐厅、厨房的互动可视化就可以实现这样的目的；老人在客厅悠闲的看着报纸，宝宝在开心的玩耍，还可以兼顾照看宝宝，女主人在厨房准备着午餐，一家人其乐融融。

如《Floating In Bahia》所唱出的那段意象，漂浮在魅力的巴伊亚，萨尔瓦多市，是一个有着许多博物馆、古堡、教堂的大都会。

充满中式韵味的基础格调，与新元素共生。黛绿色作为主要视觉线索，青山如黛，蔓延在空间的各个分区，营造“闲抱琵琶寻旧曲，远山眉黛绿” 的意境。
