本案的空间气质在清静、恬淡，不失活力的基调中从一楼缓缓蔓延至夹层、地下一层。设计团队从格调、色彩和质地上对空间进行处理，让这套样板房在高楼林立的城市里呈现“户庭无尘杂，虚室有余闲”的诗意。

In this case, the space temperament slowly spreads from the first floor to the mezzanine and the ground floor in the quiet, calm and energetic tone. The design team treated the space in terms of style, color and texture, so that this showflat shows the rare high-quality living space in the city with many high-rise buildings.

项目地处沈阳，中国东北地区、辽宁中部，是北方城市的重要枢纽，也是一座国家历史文化名城，是清朝发祥地，素有“一朝发祥地，两代帝王都”之称。新中国建立后，沈阳成为中国重要的以装备制造业为主的重工业基地。革新、现代与城市化是这里的城市印象。在这套样板空间中，这座北方城市里所能感受到的开放与现代，以及城市人的时尚生活方式，都并入了设计概念里。

The project is located in Shenyang, northeast China, and central Liaoning. It is an important hub of northern cities, a national historical and cultural city, and the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty. It is known as "the birthplace of the first dynasty, the capital of two generations of emperors". After the founding of New China, Shenyang has become an important heavy industry base in China that focuses on equipment manufacturing. Innovation, modernity and urbanization are its urban impressions. In this space, the openness and modernization that can be felt in this northern city, as well as the fashionable lifestyle of urban people, have been incorporated into the design concept.

从一层起，踏入空间是宽敞明亮的视野，布局中正大方，宁静高雅的格调，简单而层层丰盈。整体视觉宽敞无遮挡，光线充足，阳光可以饱满地照耀在客厅中。

From the first floor, stepping into the space is a spacious and bright view. The layout is generous, quiet and elegant, simple and abundant. The overall vision is spacious and unobstructed, there is plenty of light, and the sun can fully shine in the living room.

冷与暖并存，动与静皆宜，

冷暖色系的巧妙搭配，让视觉与情绪都保持在平稳、舒适而不乏味的状态。

红色的大胆注入，为空间增添了活力和热情。在这个空间感很强的客厅中，可以容纳家人和朋友相聚言欢。

Cold and warm, dynamic and static, and the clever combination of cold and warm colors keeps vision and emotions in a stable, comfortable and boring state. The bold injection of red adds vitality and enthusiasm to the space. In this living room with a strong sense of space, family and friends can be accommodated.

项目距离机场不远，空间设定的男主人为年龄40岁的飞行员，喜爱大自然，选择简约的生活方式，闲暇之余喜欢钓鱼；女主人为37岁的大学教师，有着充裕的个人时间，他们热爱运动，日常喜欢做瑜伽，和安静地读书。13岁的小男孩也活泼好动，正在学习击剑，喜欢飞机模型。细致的人物分析是为了更贴近生活地思考并完成一个三口之家的理想居所。

The project is not far from the airport. The male owner of the space is a 40-year-old pilot, who loves nature, chooses a simple lifestyle, and enjoys fishing in his spare time. The female host is a 37-year-old university teacher with ample personal time. They love sports, do yoga, and read books quietly. The 13-year-old boy is also lively and active, learning fencing, and likes airplane models. Detailed character analysis is to think more closely to life and complete the ideal residence of a family of three.

夹层空间的主要功能围绕清闲自在的茶室而展开，却具备了很大的自由度。宽阔、现代感的茶几一反传统茶室的刻板印象，满足多功能性及集散的需要，让更人性化的开放式空间替代传统的茶室，居住者可以根据自己的生活习惯利用空间。

The main function of the mezzanine space revolves around the leisurely tea room, but it has a great degree of freedom. The wide table counters the stereotype of the traditional tea room, meets the needs of versatility and distribution, and allows a more humane open space to replace the traditional tea room. Residents can use the space according to their own living habits.

地下一层是一个文艺气息浓郁的多功能休闲场所，皎洁的钢琴与光线相融在一股平静而艺术感的氛围里，音乐的元素在此流淌，每一个软装的设计都写意、淡雅，充满艺术感而不张扬。

The space on the first basement floor is a rich atmosphere of book fragrance and literary art. It is an artistic and versatile leisure place. The bright and clean piano blends with the light in a very calm and artistic space atmosphere. Each soft outfit is exquisite and playful, full of artistic sense and not publicized.

红色化作情绪的突破口反复再现，形成连续性的视觉符号。让人感到倍感舒适的是天井将室外的能量引入室内，在空间形成树影婆娑的角落。

The red color turns into a breakthrough point of emotions repeatedly, forming a continuous visual symbol. What makes people feel more comfortable is that the patio introduces the greenness of the outside into the interior selflessly, and there are tree shadows and whirling corners in the space.

弥漫的绿意犹如“苔痕上阶绿，草色入帘青”，铺陈和流泻在空间里，让居住者在这里激发更多灵感。

Regardless of whether it is plants and sunlight, or soft decoration, this freehand impression is like a sentence of an ancient poem "Moss marks on the top of the green, grass color into the curtain green", which display and shed in the space, allowing residents to help inspire more inspiration during leisure.
