2019年早春时节，我受房主邀约，前往在造的别墅新房，主体建筑框架已经成型，希望我为其庭院、外立面和室内整体规划设计，我欣然接受了这个提议。此地位于徽州地区，山清水秀，人文荟萃，房主希望可以保留徽派的传统元素，适合家人居住的室内空间，以及把工程规模控制在一定的预算范围之内。

       In the early spring of 2019, I was invited by the landlord to go to the new villas and houses under construction. The main frame of the building has been formed. he hope I can plan and design the courtyard, facade and interior of the villa. I am glad to accept this proposal. Located in Huizhou, with beautiful scenery and rich humanities, the homeowner hopes to retain the traditional elements of Huizhou School, the indoor space suitable for family members, and to control the scale of the project within a certain budget.

 徽州位于皖南大别山地区，自古交通闭塞。在新的世纪里，这里经济迅速发展，依托旅游业，从传统的农耕向新农村发展。我希望把新建筑和地方元素结合起来，只在结构和形式上略加改变，从当地就地取材，使用杉木、黑瓦和白墙，降低建筑的技术难度适应当地的工人施工，还要控制好工程的预算。

      Huizhou is located in the Dabie Mountains of Southern Anhui Province. Traffic has been blocked since ancient times. In the new century, the economy here has developed rapidly, relying on tourism, from traditional farming to new rural development. I hope to combine the new buildings with local elements, only slightly change the structure and form, draw materials from local areas, use Chinese fir, black tiles and white walls, so that the technical difficulties of the buildings can be adapted to the construction of local workers, and control the budget of the project.

庭院 Courtyard

别墅四顾环山，有溪流涓涓流过，四季景色各不相同。所以尽可能的保留大面积落地窗，把景色通过窗户迎进来，庭院我采用了传统的中式手法，结合了一些日式的禅意，体现东方的韵味，建筑结构上吸纳了西方现代的一些简约手法，去除了传统建筑中繁琐的元素。为此我参阅了大量的苏州园林造法。

     The villa is surrounded by mountains, with streams trickling by, and the scenery varies from season to season. So as far as possible to retain a large area of floor windows, the scenery through the windows to enter, the courtyard I used traditional Chinese techniques, combined with some Japanese Zen, reflecting the charm of the East, building structure absorbed some modern Western simple techniques, removed the traditional building in the cumbersome elements. I have consulted a lot of gardening methods in Suzhou.

First floor

屋主人是书香门第，喜欢琴棋书画，

一层是起居室、厨房和会客厅，还是采用了大量的新中式手法，以融入当地的风俗习惯。

     The owner of the house is a scholarly family. He likes playing the piano, chess, calligraphy and painting. On the first floor, the living room, kitchen and meeting room are used, or a lot of new Chinese techniques are adopted to integrate the local customs and habits.

Second floor

二楼是主卧、客卧和书房，屋主是一位年轻有为的人，所以采用了现代简约的手法为其打造私人的居住空间。

        The second floor is the master bedroom, guest bedroom and study. The owner of the house is a young and promising person. Therefore, modern and simple methods are adopted to create a private living space for him.

Third floor

顶楼是由图书室和公共活动区组成，喜欢字画的朋友可以在图书室阅览和绘画，我们安排了可以储藏大量图书的木柜，在公共活动区，保留了原始的屋顶木架结构，使空间尽量显得宽敞，有利于举办各类的活动。

      The top floor is composed of a library and a public activity area. Friends who like calligraphy and painting can read and draw in the library. We have arranged wooden cabinets that can store a large number of books. In the public activity area, we have retained the original roof wooden frame structure, making the space as spacious as possible, which is conducive to holding all kinds of activities.

很遗憾的是这个项目最终由于各种原因未能按设计蓝图施工，这是我对地方住宅一种可能性的尝试，新与旧，传统与现代的诠释！

     Regrettably, the project was not constructed according to the design blueprint for various reasons. This is my attempt at a possibility of local housing, new and old, traditional and modern interpretation!
