The project is located in the core of Beilun District, Ningbo, adjacent to the Phoenix Mountain theme park, small mountain park, rich in ecological resources, and the surrounding commercial, education, medical and other supporting facilities are complete. Completely integrate into life, watch the fireworks in the world, and heal the soul in a rational space.

01 境遇

“温暖氛围的渲染，释放对生活的想象

自然化的细部处理与自然浑融无间...”

The minimalist oriental concept, but elegant and relaxed...

设计在景观与建筑之间展开对话，让景观、自然、人三者交融的场所精神能够呈现。金科·玖樾里大区的景观设计灵感来源于温庭筠的《织锦词》，提取游丝、织锦元素进行交织、缠绕、汇聚抽象演化应用于场地，继而通过现代景观手法演绎，开合成园，打造“一游多景”、层层递进的空间意境，营造理想居住场所与活动空间，强调生活的多元性，而不仅仅是空间的尺寸。The design opens a dialogue between landscape and architecture, allowing the spirit of place where architecture, nature, and people are blended. The landscape design extracts hairspring and brocade elements to interweave, entangle and converge abstract evolution to apply to the site, and then interpret it through modern landscape techniques, open a synthetic garden, layered and progressive spatial artistic conception, and create an ideal Living places and activity spaces emphasize the diversity of life rather than just the size of the space.▼元素演化 Element evolution

探寻现代与东方相融之美，回归本源的几何设计语言，给人舒畅而隐秘的归家感受。干净流畅的线条作为理性而富有秩序的元素贯穿社区始末，让居者的思维随之向前延展，浮躁心境由此消弭，直至抵达宁静、被赋予生活的饱满能量。

Exploring the beauty of the blend of modernity and the East, and returning to the original geometric design language, it gives people a comfortable and secret homecoming feeling. Clean and smooth lines run through the community as a rational and orderly element, allowing residents’ thinking to extend forward, and the impetuous mood is eliminated, until they reach tranquility and are endowed with full energy of life.

出入宅园自在惬意，完美切换轻松优雅的生活态度，高低错落，层叠有序诗意之境...大区设计摒弃繁复，铺陈留白意境，为生活留下遐想的可能。

Entering and leaving the house is comfortable and comfortable, perfectly switching between relaxed and elegant living attitudes, high and low, layered and orderly poetic... 水形物语，归于一方舒适天地。叠级而下的水景缓缓流动，亲临水光间的清新自如，时光在此定格，唯美的院落景色流泄而来，流动的自然之美赏心悦目，楼宇之间有如一幅遗世独立的治愈画卷。

Water Shape Story, Yunyi Space... When you return home, you will be part of a comfortable world. The opposite scenery wall is simple and atmospheric, creating a broader depth and field of vision. The waterscapes cascading down slowly flow, time freezes here, the beautiful courtyard scenery flows out, and the flowing natural beauty is pleasing to the eye. Between the buildings, it is like a scroll of independent landscapes, a kind of emotion that is "combined with the human environment", but transcends the nature of the landscape.

03 疗愈

“清新的嫩绿带着青翠欲滴的水气，

于疗愈花园邂逅清新鲜氧”

The fresh green with the verdant. Encounter fresh oxygen in the healing garden...

婉转曲折的景观廊架，场地给予动态的节奏感和亲密感，镂空的屏风让空间内外互相渗透，游者视线更为穿透，树影伴随婆娑，石影相互映照，循秘追踪。

The twists and turns of the landscape gallery, the site gives a sense of dynamic rhythm and intimacy, the hollow screen allows the space to penetrate each other, and the sight of visitors is more penetrating, the shadows of the trees accompany the whirling, and the shadows of the stone reflect each other, tracking secretly.

林荫翠阶，疏林草地，时令花卉次第覆盖，诉说着自然四季更替的耳语...漫步入境，绿意缓缓袭来至将人包裹，这里是链接人与自然的纽带，静坐廊下看云起云落，或奉茶弈棋，洽谈志趣。友客间，常新时代的阔论谈资...

Tree-lined verdant terraces, sparse woods and grasslands, seasonal flowers covered in successive seasons, whispering about the alternation of the natural seasons... Walk into the country, the greenery slowly hits, here is the link between man and nature, sit down on the corridor and watch the clouds rise and fall, or Bong tea to play chess and discuss interest. Friends and guests, talk about resources...

散步于此，最大程度吸纳自然，感受与一草一木间，与环境怡然自洽的情感...治愈的空气，令喧嚣荡然无存。空间的简致肌理，为营造都会中难得的天然质感，不同介质默契融洽于同一画面，尽现清湛干净的气韵。

Taking a walk here, you can absorb nature to the greatest extent, feel the emotion of being in harmony with the grass and the tree, and the environment...the healing air makes the noise disappear. The concise texture of the space, in order to create a rare natural texture in the city, the different media are tacitly and harmoniously in the same picture, showing a clear and clean atmosphere.

04 回归

“我们只是搭建一个生活场景，

而每一位居者都是舞台的主角。”

We just set up a stage for life scenes, every resident is the protagonist of the stage...

所有的空间终将回归生活，多功能互动设施，根据不同年龄段的活动特征，设置不同活动区域，达到全龄共享。当艺术化的语言落入烟火气，精工巧构的细节使人不觉融于安宁治愈的氛围，生活增添许多仪式感与幸福感，空间也因此更有温度。

The graceful and tortuous landscape corridors and the hollowed-out screens allow the inside and outside of the space to penetrate each other, and the line of sight is more penetrating. When the artistic language falls into the atmosphere of firework, and the delicately constructed details blend into the peaceful atmosphere, life will add a lot of ritual and happiness, and the space will therefore become more warm.
