我们追求的理想生活到底有怎样的场景？人与城市究竟应该是怎样的关系？

What is the relationship between people and cities?

What is the ideal life scenario?

当人们想到城市时，他们倾向于想一些具体的东西，楼房与街道，摩天大厦和吵闹的计程车。但我想到城市的时候，我会想到人。城市的本质上是关于人，关于人们去向何处，和人们在何处相遇，这些才是城市的核心。一个成功的城市就像一场美妙的聚会。人们留下来是因为他们享受这欢乐时光。

繁复，拥挤，琼楼林立的摩天办公楼，快节奏生活方式在城市的每个角落...我们的生活正在经历巨大的变革，信息即摘即得即扔，快节奏的生活催促着我们一刻不停地向前，被挤压的城市公共空间、陌生的邻里环境、快速的社交模式...幸福感从何而来？

我们在“高速社交”中思考，生活与城市以及人与城市究竟是什么关系？

Time goes by fast, skyscrapers line up one after another, people shuttle among the crowds, and the city moves at high speed. Life has become more diverse, but the squeezed public space, the unfamiliar neighborhood environment... We are thinking about the relationship between life and the city and between people and the city in the "high-speed socialization".

新都市主义

早在上世纪 80 年代，Peter Calthorpe 新城市主义的创始人之一，就提出了城市生活发展应该拥有的趋势。在概念中，已经明确社区应该是一个以人和环境为本，力求营造人与生态平衡的环境。

他认为，人们的生活应该拥有三个不同维度的优化，新城市主义的主张限制城市边界，使城市变得更紧凑，将传统生活方式保留并发展，建设充满人情味的新社区。

什么是新城市主义？

我们在探寻这样一个优越的、绿色的、充满活力的多功能社区，为所有年龄和家庭结构的居民提供一个健康、绿色的环境，将现代工作、生活和娱乐融为一体的社区。

读懂人居社区，同时也要想象这块土地上未来可能呈现的生活情景——好比坐时光机到未来亲身体会一般。

SE INTERNATIONAL CENTER

中法 SE 国际生态城用地位于长江与汉江交汇的“金三角”地带，是武汉市“1 个主城+3 个副城+3 个新城组群”城市体系的重要组成部分。在武汉 1+8 城市圈中衔接仙桃、天门、潜江和孝感四个市，既是武汉的西大门、后花园和卫星城，更是长江经济带和汉江生态经济带上一颗璀璨的明珠。

地理位置具有良好的独立性，完整独立的综合性社区，加之以优越的交通条件，真正做到“离尘不离世”。

The project site is located in the "Golden Triangle" zone where the Yangtze River and Han River meet, and is an important part of Wuhan’s urban system. It is also a shining pearl on the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Han River Ecological Economic Belt. The geographical location has a good independence, a complete and independent comprehensive community, truly "independent of the dust".

在设计之初做了哪些准备？

战略升级，活力中枢

以引领时代的产品力和历久弥新的生命力为核心内涵，在全生命周期下对新城市主义的场景的一次全新诠释，构建可持续的大型综合社区。与开发若干个居住区的理念不同，中法 SE 国际生态城是一个综合型的，能够形成自我生态的一个大型的综合社区。

With the product power that leads the times and the long-lasting vitality as the core content, a new interpretation of the scene of new urbanism in the whole life cycle is different from the concept of developing several residential areas. The Sino-French SE International Eco-City is one Comprehensive, can form a large-scale comprehensive community of self-ecology.

现场探讨实录：大型综合社区区别于普通社区之处

整个项目定位于褐石系，有很多美学上的创新和研发，形成了更具有现代时尚感的产品，围绕整个社区的生态系统与景观核心中央绿轴，打造综合的配套功能。

The entire project is positioned in the brown stone system, with a lot of aesthetic innovation and research and development, forming a more modern and fashionable product, and creating a comprehensive supporting function around the ecosystem of the entire community and the central green axis of the landscape.

更宏观的系统性的研究与开发模式，它会使我们场地内的各个地块形成更加有效和有序的连接。同时我们在这个空间里面形成了三横四纵的景观公共空间架构，把常规意义上的市政道路进行了尺度上的规划以及优化，并引入波士顿的 parkway 公园道的概念。

从波士顿的高空俯瞰，可以看到一条绵延数公里的绿化带，犹如一条精致的碧色项链，垂在都市繁华的中心区上，这便是被誉为“翡翠项链”（Emerald Necklace）的波士顿公园体系。全长 16 公里，将数个城市公园巧妙串连起来。

如今，这条绿道远离喧嚣，沿途曲水流长、草木葱茏，一派田园诗般的自然风光，在绿道上散步、谈天、骑车、休憩已成为波士顿人的一种生活方式。

整体设计强调在都市之中保留自然景观，并致力于实现社会中城市、人与自然三者之间的和谐共生。公园的活力来源于城市，它以主题形式激活邻里社交、激发儿童对大自然的兴趣，吸引居民以最舒适的方式展开与自然的对话，公园是周居者的生活外延，社区慢跑者的集结地，是自然语言在高密度都市核心区的表达...

The boulevard and the landscape system are integrated. The municipal road becomes a garden-like boulevard, and the boundary between the public road and the community forms an unbounded and transparent landscape level.

The overall design emphasizes the preservation of the natural landscape in the city, and is committed to achieving the harmonious symbiosis between the city, man and nature in society.

营造有参与感的主题公园

区别于其他住宅项目的核心理念，落到形成未来社区的九大生活场景中（邻里场景，建筑场景，低碳场景，教育场景，健康场景，创业场景，交通场景，服务场景，治理场景），将景观规划回归到人真实的生活剧场中，打造 24 小时全天候的生活场景，在中法 SE 生态城，社区内即可实现对生活的全方位的全方位需求和最大化的配套的满足。

The core concept, which is different from other residential projects, falls into the nine major life scenes that form the future community, returning landscape planning to people’s life scenes. The goal is to create such an all-weather life scene 24 hours a day.
