本案择址青岛长江路板块，生活与海景资源条件优越。总体设计采用深浅红褐色作为主色调，一砖一瓦皆是生活的缩影，融合传统英伦的典雅浪漫与现代美式的精致大方，用以更为自由的设计手法，实现了自然色彩和景观风格的和谐统一，回归了自然与邻里关系融洽，演绎都市庄园的优雅浪漫。

The overall design adopts dark reddish brown as the main color, combining the elegance and romance of traditional England with the exquisiteness of modern American style, realizing the harmony and unity of natural colors and landscape styles, and returning to the harmonious relationship between nature and neighbors, Interpret the elegance and romance of the urban manor.

铁艺格栅与特色水景相映呈现一个浪漫的尊贵的庄园入口，以仪式感和艺术感的景观结合建筑特色，创造浪漫尊贵初印象。

The iron grille and the characteristic waterscape present a romantic and noble entrance to the manor, combining the architectural features with the ritual and artistic landscape to create a romantic and noble first impression.

娴静优雅，婀娜蹁跹，以“芭蕾之轴”作为主轴线索，引一场自由浪漫、尊贵典雅的生活场景，水景、树阵衬托出中轴线的气势，把各个独立的庄园串联起来。

落日的余晖将疏密林荫裁切，夜晚斑驳的光影投射于褐石砖石上，寻线索指引打开层层递进的生活场景，铁艺组成的小道引发对前路的好奇。越过红砖褐石，浓荫掩映的间隙，一池静水携着星光完美呈现，如梦似幻地浪漫经典的古典主义，令人们铭记经典的时光和永不落幕的浪漫。
