02.无法之法为至法
The impossibility is the supreme law
“无法”即是“忘法”,“至法”即是“道”。穿梭在不同城市之间,却总感觉到似曾相识,总觉得缺少了什么,这正是城市景观营造中的传统美学精神,传统不仅是通过建筑物质载体所体现出来的具体形态与样式,更多的是指隐藏在建筑和景观形式背后的文化意蕴。
"Unable" means "forgetting dharma", and "Supreme Dharma" means "tao". Shuttling between different cities, I always feel deja vu and feel something is missing. This is the traditional aesthetic spirit in landscape construction, which is not only the specific form and style reflected by the architectural material carrier, but also the hidden cultural implication.
例如中国景观和建筑审美更多的是一种对“意”的塑造,强调“言有尽而意无穷”...清人笪重光说过:“空本难图,实景清而空景现;神无可绘,真境逼而神境生。位置相戾,有画处多属赘疣;虚实相生,无画处皆成妙境。”传统背后的深层逻辑不可摈弃。
For example, Chinese landscape aesthetics is more about creating artistic conception, emphasizing that "words have full meaning but infinite meaning"... 我们做的设计应该是在继承传统设计的基础上打破传统,再创立新的法度,是浑然天成的,我们应该以新常态下客群的终端需求为根本出发点立新兼容并需适应市场的景观类别。
The design we do should break the tradition and innovate on the basis of inheriting the traditional design, which is natural. We should adapt to the landscape category of the market according to the terminal demand of the customer group under the new normal.

UP AND DOWN
“上下”\ 对空间双动线的运用
伍道作品——北辰·经开优+
年轻不设限,北辰·经开优+整体分为两块地,定位偏年轻化的高需人群,主打运动家模式。景观通过场地的天然高差关系,采取“双动线设计”,完美串联起示范区所承载的各个功能,进而展现出一个个好玩、有趣、创新的微生活场景。
The project is divided into two pieces of land as a whole. The target group is younger and the main sport mode is sports. Through the natural height difference relationship of the site, the landscape adopts the "double-moving line design", which perfectly connects all functions, and then presents one interesting and innovative life scene after another.
上部为参观欣赏动线,下部为更具参与性的公园及童趣动线,彼此形成上下互动关系,人的体验也因高差形成的不同视角与不同动线变得更加丰富。
The upper part is for sightseeing and the lower part is for parks and children's fun. They form an interactive relationship with each other, and people's experience becomes richer due to the difference in height and different dynamic lines.

“折线” \ 对角展开的空间体验

金地·朗悦
金地·朗悦在建筑上希望能在有限的面宽更具昭示性,但这使景观陷入难题:入口在一层半的位置,高差需要结合东侧公园和市政绿轴,并保证整个项目在空间和线路上形成完整的设计语言。
In terms of landscape, the project hopes to be more visible in the limited width, but this makes the landscape difficult: the entrance is located on the ground floor and a half, the height difference needs to be combined with the east park and municipal, and the whole project forms a complete design language in space and route.
于是设计采取“折线”作为解决思路:通过横向转折使空间产生更好的关联性,通过叠水、砌坡、堆台等方式,以折线语言形成强烈聚合及透视感的场景。
Therefore, the design adopts "broken line" as the solution idea: make the space have a better correlation through horizontal turning, and form a scene with a strong sense of aggregation and perspective through stacking water, laying slope, piling platform and other ways.

“盒子” \ 漂浮、交错与分割的归家体验

华润梧桐湖国际社区
华润梧桐湖国际社区存在四个长条形的体块,设计希望从建筑到景观形成若干个水平向的盒子。前期对建筑体块横竖穿插的形态关系进行分析及元素提取后,以大面积水景令主体建筑形成“漂浮的盒子”。
The project consists of four elongated volumes, designed to form several horizontal boxes from the building to the landscape. After analyzing the shape of the building block and extracting the elements in the early stage, the main building is formed into a "floating box" with a large area of waterscape.
在有限空间内增强进深空间,塑造项目的“深度”;通过材质、空间、明暗等多方面的交错打造场地品质感;以分割方式,利用墙景在空间转换中平衡藏与露的关系。
Enhance the depth space in the limited space; Create a sense of quality through materials, space, light and shade and other aspects; In the way of partition, the wall landscape is used to balance the relationship between collection and dew in the space transformation.
