2020年11月16日，ROOI诺亿设计研发在“建筑师支援贝鲁特重建计划得慈善义卖会”上拍得两件作品，第一件是1992年普利兹克奖获得者 Álvaro Siza作品

“Family” Ink Drawing; Unique, Signed

这件手绘作品完成于1999年，很好的反应了西扎对雕塑艺术得热爱，以及他对生活细致入微的观察。

On 16 November 2020, ROOI Design and Research purchased two art works at the "Architects for Beirut charity auction ". The first is the 1992 Pritzker Prize winner Álvaro Siza's hand sketch "Family" (Ink Drawing;Unique, Signed). The sketch was completed in 1999. It reflects Siza's love forsculpture art and his meticulous observation of life.

In support for Beirut, we also purchased RIBA Gold Medal winner Sir David Adjaye's sketch "The Abrahamic Family House" (24k gold leaf sketch). Sir David Adjaye has unveiled plans for a landmark project in the united arab emirates that includes a church, mosque, and synagogue. the development, known as ‘the abrahamic family house’, will be located on abu dhabi’s saadiyat island in close proximity to the jean nouvel-designed louvre abu dhabi. the project hopes to embody the relationship between the three faiths while providing a platform for dialogue, understanding, and coexistence.

黎巴嫩首都贝鲁特港口仓库区8月4日发生猛烈爆炸，首都广泛地区受灾，临海楼房几乎全毁。将近30万人无家可归。40%的城市建筑及设施被毁，大量文明古迹也遭破坏。

It only took a couple of seconds to destroy 40% of the city of Beirut on August 4

th

, 2020. A couple of trivial seconds were enough to determine the fate of the urban and social fabric of the Lebanese capital and its architectural heritage. Years and years of accumulated cultural assets fell instantly in distress, causing more harm than the infamous 15-year civil war. These seconds have erased the past, present, and destroyed future aspirations. Currently 30,0000 people left homeless in Beirut.
