销售中心的空间氛围将直接影响到客人的心理。近年来地产行业的日趋激烈,功能单一的传统销售中心正逐渐失去市场竞争力,迫切需要有革新的思维来打破行业领域的局限性。销售中心
如何升级,让其在满足营销功能之余拥有其他作用,是我们在设计过程中一直探索的方向。
The ambience of the sales center is a direct impact on customer experience. In recent years, the real estate industry are facing increasingly fierce market competition situation. As traditional sales center with single function are becoming less competitive, it is necessary to think in new ways to break the limitation of the industry. Therefore, we have been exploring upgrade design of the sales center with diversified functions, which offers a new feature from Green series 2.0 to 3.0.
"社区在先,商业在后"

瓯江公元上城坐落于温州沿海产业带的瓯江口核心区,紧邻瓯景河绿廊,是浙江省审批的第一个产业集聚区。
本项目作为格林系列3.0版作品,整体空间主打体验感、生活感,在如今这个快节奏多模式的社区空间中,犹如一处港湾,为人们提供一处难得的停留之所。
置身其中得你感觉不到这寸土寸金的黄金地段有任何压抑或是冰冷的气息,弥漫在空气中的是种如家般宾至如归的轻松与舒适。
The project is located in the core area of Oujiang estuary in the coastal industrial zone of Wenzhou, which is close to the green corridor of Oujiang river. The coastal industrial zone is the first industrial cluster which approved by Zhejiang Province. As the Green series 3.0, this project brings alternative experience of livable urban space for customers, which provides people a great place to rest in this hurried lifestyle composite community space. Instead of bringing a feeling of depression or coldness at the most prosperous spot, it creates a relaxed and comfort space where makes you feel like home.

The design mainly aims at the young generation. Their personality, freedom, independence and favourite style are different from the traditional concept of space. The designer think from the young people’s perspective with their lively and diversified lifestyle concepts to create a community space that is beautiful, informative, interesting and attractive.

The design is centred on the cultural floral display area, the art gallery model area and the restaurants & diners area. Each area is made up of several composite spaces. The arrangement of the interior circulation flow connects different areas. People can find a relaxed space in this interactive free ambience and have their own experience and definition.

楼梯设计是空间的起点及标志。将建筑一层到二层的空间联通,随着舒缓的上升节奏慢速游走,有种空间循环感,同时给建筑提供结构上的支持。窗外朦胧的光影在视线中穿行而过,浑然一体的力量感与结构美形成了独特记忆点,满足大家的“视觉系”追求。
The staircase, also regarded as the symbol of the space, is where the design starts and provides structural support for the building. The building connects the first floor to the second floor. If you slowly walk downstairs to upstairs, there is a sense of space circulation. The dimmed light and casting shadow pass through the window, the structure and strong beauty is like a visual feast which make people feel very touching and impressive.

Restaurants and Diners
设计师充分发挥空间优势,构思出体验为主、快速多变的年轻生活方式。结合了展示、水吧、洽谈等复合功能的模块,既构成了一个商业模式下的销售中心,也演绎出一个充满生活感的书店、酒吧、沙龙、艺术之廊。
Designers make use of the advantage of space, conceiving a lifestyle that is experiential and changable for young generations. Combined with display, restaurants and diners, meeting room and other composite functions, These spaces constitutes a sales center under the business model, and creates a bookstore, bar, salon and art gallery of contemporary life as well.

The design of the meeting room and display space focus on creating a social scene with multiple functions to form their own labels. The design breaks the coldness of the urban city and intends to actively involve the visitors in which they can sit or stand, exchanging their experiences and feelings in groups. Designers form a diversified communication style by creating different spatial relationships, and offer a socialized creative platform that can spread, share, communicate and released.

The bookstore is the biggest distinctive feature of the space where people can get a good rest on the sofa or take several books on the shelf. The natural light makes the space looks brighter and lively.

一个好的作品不应局限在最基本的使用功能上。
在设计之初,设计师便考虑到日后销售中心用途转换或改造时可能会面临的问题,其中涉及到建筑内部结构、室内空间、装饰风格等。所以最终我们呈现出的,是一个可以进行功能转换、具有可持续成长
价值的场所。
A splendid project should not limited with basic functions. Designers have considered the potential problems on renovation of the sales center, including internal structure of the building, interior space, and decorative style. Therefore we finally present a place where functional transformation and sustainable growth can be achieved.
