太原荔园国际金融中心——绿色引擎，都市生活栖息地

2019 年 3 月 29 日，伍兹贝格全球董事合伙人、上海工作室负责人黄馨谚，伍兹贝格合伙人 Carsten Lange 受邀参加荔园国际金融中心全球发布会，向 300 多位到场嘉宾和媒体代表展示这个令人振奋的世界籍绿色商业体。

“在我们看来，建筑师的工作不仅是要打造一个绚丽的外壳，更需要为我们创造的建筑找到持续发展的根基，” Carsten 在发布会上介绍设计理念时讲到，“总有人问我们，设计灵感究竟从何而来。灵感当然可以来自任何地方，当我们来到山西，走进太原，我们就知道，这片历史悠久、风景壮丽的广袤土地就是最好的灵感来源。”资深建筑师周广军也进一步补充，“通过对山西周边及境内大量人文及自然地理背景的不懈探索，我们最终找到了太原荔园国际中心的建筑本源，壮美的峡谷地貌、周正的大院民居、层叠的大寨风光，我们要做的，就是

将这些源于自然的地域文化精髓转译为建筑语汇，为建筑注入灵魂，使其历久弥新。

”

The three-floored commercial podium was inspired by layered land forms of Dazhai

太原荔园国际金融中心优雅的建筑外形抽象自峡谷的丹霞地貌，建筑师通过曲线勾勒出精致轮廓，底层裙房被适当架高，提高了项目与周边地块的连接性。在太原荔园国际金融中心的建筑功能布局上，我们借鉴了曾经丝路上往来商户休憩与贸易的场所、中国建筑典范山西大院。建筑师在研究山西大院的院落布局后，提炼出更为简洁的现代平面布局，为太原荔园国际金融中心打造一个中庭空间作为主要的交流与活动场所。在荔园集团绿色引擎的理念指导下，建筑师把层层叠叠的大寨景观引入三层商业裙房，并自然过渡至周边地块。借景谐园绿化，利用绿色景观的延续性，增强地块内外的整体感。同时，绿植由裙房垂直蔓延至4栋塔楼内侧幕墙，为塔楼增添别样生机，在地块内部形成别致的垂直绿化系统。4栋塔楼分别承载办公、酒店、公寓等功能，能够同时满足住户和使用者办公、居住、购物、休闲等多重需求。空中连桥的独特设计也为建筑物画上点睛一笔，成为俯瞰长风商务区的绝佳位置。

Woods Bagot Director Pearl Huang and Principal Carsten Lange attended the grand launch of Taiyuan Live International Financial Center on March 29, 2019 as speakers. Pearl and Carsten revealed the exciting design of the project in front of a 300-person audience.

The mixed use project is located in the center of Changfeng’s financial district in Taiyuan, which has been rapidly developing due to recent renovations and initiatives. This will provide Taiyuan a chance to not only become the hub of finance and culture in Northern China, but show its great potential as a global exchange center. Woods Bagot designed Taiyuan Live International Finance Center to function as an urban habitat, international commercial landmark and world-famous hotel destination. In the meantime, since the client Live Group wants a complex that can drive a sustainable development of the surrounding communities, we also define it as a

“green engine. ”

We believe this “green engine” would be provide Taiyuan a more joyful life, prosperous economy, and international influence.

“From our perspective, an architect’s job is to not only create a beautiful appearance of the building, but also find the foundation for sustainable development inside the building,” Lange said. “ People always ask where the inspiration comes from, and architects think it could be found from everywhere. When we came to ShanXi Taiyuan, we knew that this large and magnificent land would be the best inspiration in this case. " Senior Architect Guangjun Zhou added, "Through unremitting exploration on both geographical and humanistic backgrounds in Shanxi, we finally found the key elements of Liyuan International Finance Center – the wave canyon of Longzhou, residential compounds of Shanxi and terraced fields of Dazhai. What we were going to do was

to input these key elements into the building like ensouling it and making it everlasting.

”

The elegant shape of Live International Financial Center was inspired from the nearby Danxia landform. The initial sketches of the design are characterized by curves. The project sits on an elevated podium so that it is both properly elevated and connected to its surroundings. Portions of the Silk Road, where ancient merchants and businesses once resided, were also a part of the Shanxi Compounds, which is referenced in the design.

After studying the layout of Shanxi Compounds, our architects extracted a more concise and modern solution for the atrium space of Live International Finance Center as the main place for communication and activities. Under the guidance of the “Green Engine” concept, the three-floored commercial podium was inspired by layered land forms of Dazhai. It would be naturally transitioned to the surroundings.
