The renovation inserts a new residential community at Van Ness and Market Street and contributes to the remarkable transformation of this historically not-so pedestrian friendly area at the heart of San Francisco.

While ground floor landscape improvements were limited to sidewalks, the star of the building is the high rise roof top terrace with 360 degree views of the city. The roof top is an unmatched residential amenity and hub for resident life. Terrace improvements include a sun bathing lawn, birch grove, lounges, outdoor kitchen, vegetable gardens, and bocce ball court.
