Since 2003, Tract been master planning, designing and documenting for construction a broad portfolio of projects in the Canberra CBD Public Domain. Projects include Landscape design and construction documentation for:

Streetscape and public works refurbishment in City West, 2007-2013

Bunda Street project , 2009 – 2011

London Circuit 2009 – 2013;

City Walk – CBD Upgrades, 2003 – 2013

Alinga Street 2009 – 2013

Moore Street 2010 – 2013

The ACT Government office project , with Cox Architects

Woden Town Centre , Section 9 master plan and redevelopment

The projects demonstrate Tract’s understanding of site specific issues, and a real enthusiasm to seek and create the best outcome for the public domain and for the local community while demonstrating “best practice”. Because of our experience and knowledge, we fast tracked the design process to deliver the projects to tender ready and construction.
