Morningstar’s employees and visitors enjoy a 3,500-square-foot roof garden located on the 7th floor of a complex in downtown Chicago. Shaded by a bosque of honey locust trees, and offering space for light dining and seating, the garden combines intensive and extensive green roof design to create a quiet, relaxing oasis. Our transparent parapet wall infuses the experience with a vitalizing edge – at once protecting visitors, and dissolving the barrier to their surroundings.
