The Service centre contains a café, a kiosk, and restrooms.

The structure is based on almost the same element as the Gudbrandsjuvet viewing platform on the roadside; a triangular prefabricated concrete element that is floor, wall, pillar and roof in one element. These elements constitite the facade and is the structural support for the central roof. The elements define areas where a table can be placed. The geometric flexibility of the concept resembles a bicycle chain and makes it possible to give almost all these small rooms, contained in each element, the qualities of a corner space, usually the most sought after space in a café with a view.
