Atlas Quarter 住宅发展项目

Atlas Quarter is a medium to high density residential development located in central Christchurch. The project was a collaboration between Kamo Marsh, DKO Architects and Architectus for Fletcher Living. Surrounded by a mix of industrial and commercial land the new residential development provides apartments and terrace homes that overlook a central landscaped linear courtyard. The palette of materials used within the landscaping create a warm and welcoming environment and assists in creating a safe space for residents and public alike.The landscape design has been developed to balance the interface of the public and private spaces, individual courtyards, safe public and pedestrian nodes and offers privacy where required and subtle screening of utility areas. The development treats rain water run-off on site in rain gardens that add to the general amenity and sustainability of the development.It has been a successful and popular development in the heart of Christchurch’s business district.
