Switchup designed the space to be inviting and warm, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts people at ease. The open layout fosters collaboration and community among the different companies sharing the space, while designated areas provide private workspaces for individual teams.

Neutral tones and abundant natural light create a healthy and positive environment that promotes employee well-being. The design promotes a sense of calm and relaxation, even during busy workdays, which can help reduce stress and anxiety and increase productivity. Additionally, Switchup incorporated artwork throughout the office to inspire and stimulate creativity in the teams working there.
