Design Scape are one of the leading architecture firms and interior designers in South Africa. With a team of Architects in Cape Town and Durban, we are able to work on exciting projects across the country.

For starters, these alterations and additions involved the modification of an existing Mediterranean-style house in Fresnaye along Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. Therefore, careful consideration was given to preserving the style which is complemented by contemporary house design features.

改造的目的不是为了竞争，而是为了赞美房子的环境和班特里湾壮观的景色。

The alteration is not intended to compete but rather compliment the house’s setting and spectacular views over Bantry Bay.

7 Lemon Lane house design

该项目位于纽兰兹村的利斯比克河上。这个新的住宅设计围绕着一个大的双体量生活区，该生活区流向连接住宅和河流的长覆盖阳台。因此，空间谨慎地向北开放以获取光线。因此，充分利用壮观的山景。

This project is situated in Newlands Village and on the Liesbeek River. This new house design was centred around a large double volume living area that flows on to a long-covered veranda linking the house to the river. As a result, the space opens up discreetly to the north for light. Thus, taking full advantage of the spectacular mountain views.
