Project Overview

项目简介

本项目为 535㎡的合院小别墅，共五层，业主为 90 后新婚夫妻，养有古牧犬一只，该房为二人婚房。他们喜欢户外运动，如露营、登山，也喜爱电影、健身、聚会等，期望有一个舒适、开阔、符合个人生活习惯的住宅，并希望在该房中生活 20 年。

This project is a 535-square-meters courtyard villa, a total of five floors, the owner is a newly married couple born in the 90s, with an old English sheepdog, and the house is a marital house for them. They like outdoor sports, such as camping, mountaineering, also like movies, fitness, partying, and so on. They expect to have a house that is comfortable, open, and suits for their personal living habits, and hope to live in this house for 20 years.

如何给予居住者有别于都市喧嚣的闲适，以及让其体验到与自然相惜的美好岁月，是本次项目着重考虑的地方。因此，在设计之初，我们将住宅视为有机体，以重塑大自然与建筑空间之间的关系为切入点，希望空间能在屋主的居住岁月里日渐丰满独特起来，让流动、自由、有机的空间形态延申出各种生活可能，并诱发使用行为的多样性。

How to provide residents with leisurely and comfortable from the hustle and bustle of the city, and let them experience the good times when living in harmony with nature, is the main focus of this project. Therefore, at the beginning of the design, we regard the house as an “organism”, and treat the reshaping of the relationship between nature and architectural space as the breakthrough point; and in hope that the space will become increasingly rich and unique in the years of residency of the house owner, so that the flowing, free and organic space form can extend various of life possibilities and induce the diversity of using behavior.

Function Introduction

功能介绍

合理的功能分布与的动线设计是私宅中的重中之重，它落脚于居住者的生活习惯、个人喜好，以及未来家庭成员随着时间变化而产生的变动，影响着一个家庭的幸福感与效率。

Reasonable function distribution and motion line design is the most important thing in a private house. It is based on the residents’ living habits, personal preferences, and the changes of future family members over time, which affect the happiness and efficiency of a family.

负一楼、负二楼原为一个高层高的单层空间，为赠送区域；我们通过错层的设计将其分为两层。

The first and second basement floor were originally a single floor space with a high-rise floor height, and it is a complimentary area; we divided it into two floors by using the staggered layers design.

负二楼主以适用为主，满足洗衣、保姆居住、储物、维修等功能，并兼具车库到主屋的过厅。

Being applicable is the purpose of the second basement floor, which meets the functions of laundry, nanny living, storage, maintenance and so on, and also serves as the crossing hall from the garage to the main house.

负一楼为多功能活动区，可以在这层看电影、健身、阅读、办公、聚会。在该层，我们设计了一个下沉观影区域，通过空间的叠错增加结构感。居住者能选择共处或独享角落，自由运用，增添生活乐趣。同时，由于原结构无任何采光、通风，我们设计了天井，打造绿植内景，在引入天光的同时增加自然气息。

The first basement floor is a multifunctional activity area, where you can watch movies, exercise, read, work and gather. On this floor, we designed a sunken screening area, which increases the sense of structure through the stacking of space. Residents can choose to share or to enjoy the corner alone, use the space freely, and increase the fun in life. Also, since the original structure does not have any light or ventilation, we designed the patio to create a green interior, which adds a natural atmosphere while bringing in the daylight.

一楼有前庭花园、内庭合院式花园。如何向外纳入自然，为室内创造极佳的开阔感，且模糊室内室外的边界感，是本层的另一个思考。

There are vestibule garden and inner courtyard garden on the first floor. How to incorporate nature outwards to create an excellent sense of openness for the interior and blur the boundary sense between indoor and outdoor is another idea of this floor.

二楼三楼为私人空间，为未来每位家庭成员提供独立的私人空间，两层楼均有各自独立的花园露台。

The second and third floors are private spaces, providing individual private spaces for each future family member, and the two floors have their own separate garden terraces.

Style Statement

风格阐述

空间整体色彩选用大地色系，营造简洁、自然的视觉感受。软装部分则多为一些自然纹理、手感细腻的天然材质，如木材、石材、麻绳等。这些细节的处理不仅可以提高室内的审美感，更可以让空间充满生活气息与人文情怀，让居住者在家里感受到更多的温暖和自然。此外，空间整体设计大量落地窗户、玻璃门，并尽量避免使用过多遮挡物，尽可能让光线自由流动在室内，刺激人的活动，让居住者的身体和精神都更加健康与活跃。

Using earth tone as the overall color tone of the space to create a simple and natural visual feeling. Soft outfit part mostly uses things with natural texture and delicate feeling natural materials, such as wood, stone, hemp rope, etc. With these details, it can not only improve the aesthetic sense of the interior, but also make the space full of life and humanistic feelings, so that residents can feel more warmth and nature at home. In addition, the overall design of the space uses a large amount of French windows and glass doors, while avoiding the use of too much baffle objects, to let the light flow freely indoor as much as possible, which encourages people’s activities, so that the residents are physically and mentally more healthy and active.
