捷克 Gahura 公园的绿色转型

本项目由Atelier Partero与Ellement Studio事务所首席建筑师合作完成，设计基于空间的简单性，易读性和风格的清晰度，无论是植被景观还是施工细部都经过了细致的推敲。极简的设计往往是最复杂的，项目中的任何细节都需要做到精益求精，就算是如草坪一般的简单元素，都应经过全面的设计考虑，以满足人们在这处开放式城市空间中的需求。

In this project, we worked with the principal architects from Ellement Studio to develop the project’s vegetation landscaping and related implementation details. Ellement’s solution is based on spatial simplicity, legibility and stylistic clarity. Simple and minimalist solutions are often some of the most complex, and we also felt the full weight of the responsibility to ensure that a seemingly simple thing like a lawn met every conceivable parameter in such an exposed urban space.

第一眼看上去，极简的步道，秉承了“通过却不破坏”的设计理念，允许人们在空间中自由移动，同时呼应了功能主义建筑师František Lýdie Gahura的设计概念。精心规划的、干净整洁的功能性空间为当地居民与城市提供了良好的服务体验。起伏的地形宛如大地的雕塑，贯穿场地对角线的小径为草坪进行了分区。这些小径采用了下沉式的设计，宛如平缓的绿色“山丘”上荡起的涟漪。

At first glance, the simple “pass and don’t disturb” concept allows people to move freely in the space and responds purposefully to the concept of a funcionalist architect František Lýdie Gahura. The cultivated, clean, uncluttered and functional space serves well on a human and urban scale. The terrain is gently sculpted, the shapes are set off into grassy areas between diagonal paths. These areas are then collapsed and ripple through the space in gentle hills.

道路嵌入在地形中，因此对于远处的观察者来说，无论是路过此地，还是乘车在贯穿城镇的主要道路行驶时，这处公园的草坪都是连续的。连续的绿带看起来像一面由草坪构成的巨大镜子。Atelier Partero参与了本项目从概念到技术细节再到施工的景观设计的全过程，另外还包括如场地排水等结构细节的设计。

The paths remain embedded in the terrain, so that to the distant observer, whether passing or travelling along the main roadway that runs through the town, the area appears grassy and continuous. The unbroken band of green visually summing up to create a lawny mirror effect. Atelier Partero was involved in the complete vegetation design from the conceptual work to the detailed development and solutions of the technologies used. The landscape design also included work on the sub-structural details, such as the drainage of rainwater from the site.

从一开始，设计团队就意识到这种将设计带入生活，并在现有的条件下维护设计的成果是具有相当的挑战性的。除了一系列现实因素的限制外，与Zlín市代表的会晤在项目的第一阶段也发挥了尤为重要的功效。该次会晤不仅讨论了项目的可实施性，同时还讨论了项目使用过程中的维护工作与后续运用问题。

It was clear from the beginning that bringing this design to life and sustaining it in our conditions could be challenging. Not only for these practical reasons, meetings with representatives of the City of Zlín were important in the first round. Not only was the implementation part of the documentation itself discussed, but also the maintenance and subsequent operation of the work.

在设计文件中，项目的细节被一一展开，然后被整理为概括性的表格与细则，对Atelier Partero事务所的设计师们来说，从测量、调整再到记录在册是一个十分有趣的过程。项目的另一个重要部分是对场地现有植被层的管理，以及尽可能地实现原有材料的回收与再利用。对这样一处大面积的城市空间进行改造，意味着设计将会涉及到数百立方米或数千单位的成本计算，而设计师们也戏称对这样一个充满隐藏的混凝土基础，同时其上的植被层还有着5到40厘米随机变化的场地进行精确计算与改造更像是算命，而不是数学。

In the documentation, the project was drawn out, then squeezed into “toothless” tables and specifications. We really enjoyed this part, we like to remember how we “dry measured”, tuned and then described without the possibility to specify the exact type of valve for irrigation systems. Another important chapter of the project was the management of the existing vegetation layer and any recyclate recovered from the demolished elements. Hundreds of cubic metres, or thousands in cost units, were involved in such a large area, and to make any precise calculation in such an altered area, full of hidden concrete foundations and with a vegetation layer randomly fluctuating between 5 and 40 cm, was more like fortune-telling than mathematics.

测绘与设计完成之后，随之而来的就是典型的招标过程，幸运的是，设计团队成功地找到了与他们的设计理念极为契合的植被承包商Acris公司。Acris公司优秀的现场执行能力、即兴发挥与优化能力为项目的成功作出了巨大的贡献。此外，在本项目中，各个合作方还展现出一种不顾自身成本得失，一心追求好的结果，而不强调自己利益的专业精神。从建筑师、设计师、总承包商、投资者到施工公司，在所有人的合作下，工程的质量和标准几乎与原计划完全一致。

After that, a classic tender procedure followed, and by a happy coincidence, the vegetation contractor was the company Acris. We quickly found common ground and their ability to implement, improvise and optimise on the spot moved everything to a successful conclusion.  We must also mention a rarely seen feature – disregarding one’s own costs and losses and going for a good result without emphasis on one’s own benefit. Thanks to the cooperation of everyone – from the architects, designers, the general contractor, the investor, to the actual implementation companies, the work was completed in a quality and standards practically identical to the original plan.

这处曾经作为“童年阴影”城市废弃空间如今变身为充满生机的绿色公园，随着前往Gahur大道的游客越来越多，这座公园也需要在特定条件下进行调整和定期维护。从各方面来看，本项目受到了人们的广泛青睐，其中的设计理念也在实际的使用中得到了充分的认可。设计团队对于这样的结果十分满意，即使从表面上看它“只是一大片草坪”……

Not to be unhealthily uncritical – the minor “childhood diseases” result mainly from the unexpectedly high number of visitors to Gahur Avenue and the need to tune up the maintenance and its regularity in the given conditions. By all accounts the site is very popular and the proposed solutions are working. We are happy with that, even though in this case it was “just a lawn”…
