让建筑在新陈代谢中重获新生，最近由品辰设计改造完成的格兰云天-阅酒店在北京落成，这座对外开放的SKYTEL酒店空间向城市和穿梭其中的都市人提供了一个落脚处，除了显而易见的功能空间以外，它更像是一个小型聚场，为城市的呼吸注入能量，构筑起了他的新时代。同时，也预告格兰云天-阅酒店在其他城市即将登场。

This open SKYTEL hotel space provides a foothold for the city and the urbanites who travel through it. In addition to the obvious functional space, it is more like a small gathering place, injecting energy into the breath of the city, and constructing his new era. At the same time, it also announced that Grand Skylight-Read Hotel will come out in other cities soon.

旅程从抵达开始，像是要进入另一世界，富有仪式感。

格兰云天-阅是Skytel的践行代表，是sky和hotel的复合，以sky铺垫了轻质感，Tel传达了一种情感连接。Skytel关联并传承了母品牌Skylight的优秀基因，让宾客对旅程有无限的遐想和美好的期待。我们保留了原空间的大部分骨架，在旧有基础上进行了空间的延伸、重构，将其改造为结合了开放、半开放与封闭区域的新空间。让空间与时间交融，光阴逐渐消逝于空间内部，以秩序体块的建构，来规整改造本身老旧不堪的原始建筑空间，通过灯光与自然光线的处理配合，空间设计渐渐消逝于阴翳中。

The journey of the Hotel starts from arriving, as if to enter another world, which was full of ritual. Grand Skylight-View is the representative of Skytel, and a composition of sky and hotel, with sky paving the light texture, Tel conveys an emotional connection. Skytel associates and inherits the excellent genes of the parent brand Skylight, allowing guests to have unlimited reveries and beautiful expectations for the journey. We retained most structure of the original space, extended and reconstructed the space based on the original, and transformed it into a new space that combines open, semi-open and closed areas. Let space and time blend, and time gradually disappears from the space. The old and original architectural space is organized and transformed into orderly blocks. Through the treatment of light and natural light, the space design gradually disappears into the shadows.

抵达酒店，窗边的单人扶手沙发和小圆桌和一杯热咖啡的时间。或者是倚在门口的吧台边，在肯尼亚豆子的香气里，看着窗外匆匆人群和酒店里京味十足的脸谱奢侈地出会儿神，然后办理好入住。

卡座区是出差工作者正进行的小型的会议，一场头脑风暴后，他们在餐厅区域享受简单的午餐。

筹备已久的读书会在此分享，旅居在此的客人即可感受到城市开放与在地文化的浓郁氛围。我们希望项目不仅为格兰云天-阅的住客所用，也可以为周边社区提供一个温馨的交流场所。

连接首层公共区域到餐厅的包间，客人的主要行走流线，我们试图将场地的在地文化体现在空间之中，比如锦鲤，故宫博物馆里竹砂红的器皿，这些色彩都可以呼应大厅。精致的、现代的、细心的，有内涵的，服从于环境，融于其中的空间。找到都市生活方式与城市文化之间的平衡。

Connecting the public area on the first floor to the private rooms of the restaurant, the main walking flow of the guests, we try to reflect the local culture of the venue in the space, such as koi, the red bamboo utensils in the Palace Museum, these colors can echo the hall . Exquisite, modern, attentive, connotative, subordinate to the environment, and blend in the space. Find the balance between urban lifestyle and urban culture.

即将入住房间的人们，在光线的牵引下步入客房楼层，光线开敞明亮，调节为亲切柔和。打开客房的一刻，陈设的是屏风，正如北京四合院，进入后看到的是照壁。基于酒店住宿最直观的理念，一天的重启需要一些基本行动，包括一小时沐浴、七小时睡眠和一小时梳妆，共九个小时。我们为旅客提供了独一无二的理想城市住宿体验，通过六感设计，从视觉、听觉、味觉、嗅觉、触觉以及心觉来把握不同房型的尺度。

The travelers who are about to stay in the room will walk into the guest room floor under the guidance of the light, the light is open and bright, and adjusted to be cordial and soft. The moment you open the guest room, you will find a screen, just like a courtyard in Beijing. After entering, you will see a wall. Based on the most intuitive concept of hotel accommodation, the restart of one day requires some basic behaviors, including one hour of bathing, seven hours of sleeping, and one hour of dressing, for a total of nine hours. We provide travelers with a unique and ideal city accommodation experience, through the six-senses design, we can scale my different room types from visual, auditory, taste, smell, touch and mind.

随着旅游市场的复苏，还有日渐提高的审美要求，许多酒店都面临翻新升级，事实上在酒店旧改建项目中，很多基础设施是可以直接投入再次使用，通过重新布局，软装的升级能够节约酒店成本，也更能获得顾客的青睐，获得良好的口碑。通过建筑内部局部功能空间的快速升级与布局，让老酒店或者老建筑重新获得了生机。这也空间在过去，现在和将来的共生， 是城市建筑的新陈代谢过程。品辰的酒店设计哲学是：
