Focus on Whole Case Design and Return to Humanistic Origin

Modern people’s pursuit of space is already beyond the comfortableness and beauty, advocating humanistic design, FANCY DESIGN team turns the thinking of living space design into attitude towards art to make contemporary art and aesthetic fashion of humanities build scenery jointly, its new work Central China Real Estate is such practice-contemporary space under the view of art, calm and elegant.

步入

售楼处大厅，

首先映入眼帘的是中庭水景，蓝天，建筑，水影相连，浑然一体给人眼前一亮，强烈的发现探索欲涌上心头。

Entering the sales hall, the first thing to be seen is the atrium water scene, blue sky,architecture, water shadow linking together, the seamless wholeness gives people surprises, the strong desire to discover and explore rises in the mind.

在连接沙盘接待区与样板间的

灰色过度区

，一组组透明吊椅以及陀螺椅既满足了美学感受又兼备实用功能小憩片刻，顶面运用不锈钢镜面材质，营造了实物与镜像之间，一虚一实，亦真亦假，与中庭的建筑和水影完美结合。

In the grey transition area between the sand table reception area and the sample room, a group of transparent hanging chairs and rotating chairs not only meet the aesthetic feeling but also have practical functions for a short rest, the top surface is made of stainless steel mirror material to create a perfect combination between the real object and the mirror image.

紧接着行进，转移，景色变换，视野由室外转入室内，沙盘及接待区域呈现于眼前。

整个空间以黑色为主基调，用线条序列的处理勾勒出科技感，以线性灯光渲染了层次感。

The sand table and the reception area are in front of us following by the procession, transfer, the change of scenery, the vision enters indoor from outdoor. The whole space is dominated by black color, which outlines the sense of science and technology with the processing of line sequence, and renders the sense of hierarchy with linear

lighting.

过

洽谈区和中心岛台

，来到了首层尽头，宽梯由脚下蔓延开来，通往二层洽谈区。

由传统楼梯仅有的通过功能经过延展，锋尚设计在此构造了一个可休憩、阅读、放松、通行的公共空间，同时又可以在TED演讲时作为阶梯座位使用。

The end of the first floor is reached by passing through the negotiation area and the central island, the wide ladder spread under the feet, leading to the negotiation area of the second floor. By extending the only function of the traditional staircase,FANCY DESIGN constructed a public space for rest, reading, relaxation and access, which can also be used as ladder seats during TED talk.

由

宽梯进入二层

，迎面而来的是整面书格墙，阵列有序气势恢宏，与宽梯灵动的智能光影线条交相呼应，科技与文化在此得到了完美融合。

From the wide ladder into the second floor, the whole wall of book shelves appears with ordered array and momentum magnificent, echoing the ethereal intelligent light and shadow line of the wide ladder, technology and culture is perfectly integrated here.

设计的创造性是社会进步的标志之一，面对审美维度在当代设计中的崛起，结合当下空间艺术审美，运用黑白对比光影融合的手法将艺术的气脉静静演绎。

The creativeness of design is one of the signs of social progress, in the face of the rise of aesthetic dimension in contemporary design, combined with the aesthetic of contemporary space art, the technique of combining light and shadow with contrast of black and white is used to interpret the artistic spirit quietly.
