同时秉承实用与美貌并存，将空间储物性合理运用发挥，使住宅能有条不紊，无论是入户鞋柜、客厅电视柜、西厨高柜，亦或是衣帽间衣柜，在符合屋主的需求下让空间多一点储物空间，合理的规划各个功能区。

The design of this case breaks the fast-paced urban life, with the essence of "better not to abuse", reasonably simplifies the living room, and reflects the delicacy of life from the simple comfort. At the same time, adhering to the coexistence of practicality and beauty, the reasonable use of space storage properties, so that the house can be orderly. Whether it is the shoe cabinet, living room TV cabinet, western kitchen high cabinet, or the wardrobe in the cloakroom, in line with the needs of the owner, let the space have a little more storage space, and reasonably plan each functional area.

01玄关

VESTIBULE

玄关处储藏与展示兼备，热情与实用并存，很好的解决了日常生活的根本。一双鞋、一件外套、一个包，哪怕是把伞，都要找到适合的安放之处。

一个作品的成功，取决于你看到的细节有多小，这是设计师的职业素养。

收纳空间有藏有露，让柜体在空间中的展现力不再单调。

The storage space is covered with dew, so that the display force of the cabinet in the space is no longer monotonous.

02客厅

空间

LIVING ROOM

客厅作为空间交互场所，空间里的一饰一物都没有过分的奢华与浮夸，通过块面材质与材质的比例分割，运用简洁利落的构成线条进行组合延伸，保持了空间的连贯性，让空间更赋高级感，在低调中彰显精致、有品位的生活格调。

As a space interaction place, the living room has no excessive luxury and exaggeration in the decoration. Through the proportion division of block material and material, the simple and neat composition lines are used for combination and extension to maintain the continuity of the space, make the space more endowed with a higher sense, and highlight the exquisite and tasteful life style in the low-key.

大尺寸落地窗的搭配无限放大景观界面，光景被最大化地保留于空间之中，温润了空间温度，也提升了身心灵的舒适感受度。

The combination of large-scale floor to ceiling windows can enlarge the landscape interface infinitely. The landscape is kept in the space to the maximum extent, which warms the space temperature and improves the comfort of the body and mind.

背景装饰挂画的搭配，体现空间灵动的层次感，延伸了空间视觉上的深度，同时具备神秘感。

The collocation of background decoration and hanging painting reflects the level sense of space flexibility, extends the depth of space vision, and has a sense of mystery at the same time.

电视背景墙正面打造储物柜，丰富了空间的功能内涵。内嵌的灯带打开后呈现出温柔的暖黄光，温馨十足。

The front of the TV background wall creates a locker, which enriches the functional connotation of the space. The built-in light belt presents gentle warm yellow light after opening, which is full of warmth.

03餐厅空间

DINING ROOM

餐厅的搭配设计亦延展客厅氛围，这种对空间属性的高度同频，是塑造整体空间纯粹氛围随手拈来的做法。餐厅整面的柜墙，陈列着各种美酒与器具，白色与木色相撞的自然和谐，不露声色的在空间流转，以独特的魅力撩拨着人的身心与视觉。

The collocation design of the dining room also extends the living room atmosphere, which is a way to create the pure atmosphere of the whole space. The whole cabinet wall of the restaurant displays all kinds of fine wine and appliances. The natural harmony of white and wood color collides, quietly moving in the space, stirring people’s body and mind and vision with unique charm.

餐厅设置 43 寸电视机，满足于业主父母吃饭时看电视的习惯。

The restaurant is equipped with 43 inch TV set, which is satisfied with the owner’s parents’ habit of watching TV when eating.

04厨房空间

KITCHEN

厨房持续干净白色为设计基调，用大幅留白凸显空间的澄明。流畅的精致线条穿插其中，强调着生活的精致不是远离烟火气，而是回到人间，用充盈的心拥抱平常。

The kitchen continues to be clean and white as the design keynote, highlighting the clarity of the space with a large amount of white space. The smooth fine lines are interspersed among them, emphasizing that the refinement of life is not to stay away from smoke and fire, but to return to the world and embrace the ordinary with a full heart.

05主卧空间

BEDROOM

主人房

不拘泥于某一风格，不随波逐流，用心打造一处可观可赏的心灵安放之所。

灯光的处理在这个空间极其重要，既要晕染入睡前的氛围，又要把握好尺度，让美观与功能，相融并存。

The master room does not stick to a certain style, does not drift with the tide, and tries to create a place where the mind can be appreciated.

In this space, lighting treatment is extremely important. It is necessary to not only dye the atmosphere before going to bed, but also grasp the scale to make the beauty and function coexist.

各式品质精致的家具、床品、配饰匹配主人的审美格调，绿金主题有一种脱离浮夸的深沉的高贵。

All kinds of fine furniture, bedding and accessories match the owner’s aesthetic style. The theme of green gold has a deep nobility which is separated from the pompous.

清新绿色的壁纸元素、清风轻抚的白纱、台灯、落地灯，都能迅速让空间回温，原本令人望而却步的暗黑系，也变得温柔似水。

Fresh and green wallpaper elements, white gauze, table lamp and floor lamp can quickly make the space warm again. The dark system, which was originally daunting, also becomes gentle and watery.

06 书房/衣帽间

STUDY/CLOAKROMMOM

进入书房，是女主人的私密空间，黑白灰的现代极简空间折射出女主人的自信、精致和独立。

Entering the study is the private space of the hostess. The modern minimalist space of black and white gray reflects the self-confidence, delicacy and independence of the hostess.

Study/Cloakroom

书房衣帽间采用一体化开放式布局，功能分区独立。对于分区的界定，不再仅仅局限既定的格局性。更多的思考其动线的贯穿及空间趣味性的梳理。

The study cloakroom adopts an integrated open layout with independent functional divisions. The definition of zoning is no longer limited to the established pattern. Think more about the running through of its dynamic line and the sorting of its space interest.

07卫生间

BATHROOM

主卫空间，拥有足够的采光与通风，同时还有视觉上的享受。天花设计了内嵌电动蜂窝卷帘，在享受好视野的同时，也保证了应有的私密性。

The main bathroom has enough lighting and ventilation, as well as visual enjoyment. The ceiling is designed with an embedded electric cellular roller shutter, which not only enjoys a good view, but also ensures the privacy.

以自然纹路的黑白根石材与白色瓷砖搭配出极简时尚质感。

With natural lines of black and white stone and white ceramic tiles with a simple sense of fashion.

08父母房空间

BEDROOM

母亲房没有过多的修饰，安静足以。设计的重心放在与人能接触的材质面料上，强调舒适度和质感。

对于私宅生活方式的提炼，更注重由格局再出发的整体性考虑，再结合实际的功能需求，转而控其主氛围的营造到最终的气质输出。

For the refinement of private house life style, more attention should be paid to the overall consideration of starting from the pattern, combining with the actual functional requirements, and then controlling the construction of its main atmosphere to the final temperament output.

▼除夕夜，我辗转反侧。

过去的 2019，随着经济的全球性衰退，于我，可谓艰难的一年。然而，环顾四周，看着我美丽舒适的新家，我心生无限的感激。

还记得两年前的 2017 年底，房子新买没多久，经人推荐，我约了设计师倪先生。想先看一下房子，看看是否有机会请他帮我设计房屋装修。

天很冷，我准时到的时候，发现倪先生已经到了。很年轻，面容清俊，神形稳重。

初次到房子里，倪先生没有多余的话开始细心观察，在房子里我们彼此沟通了解。很快，我们签了设计服务合同。

设计师开始推荐我看一些网络资料、建议我去家具市场走走看看，了解自己想要什么样的装修。这很重要。

我很快确定自己更想要简洁干净的装修。

“那是现代风”。倪先生告诉我。然后开始讨论确定色调，主要功能的需求……很快，设计师开始了效果图的制作。最后定稿。

在询问卖家不确定，而施工队也无从解答时，我只能寻求设计师的帮助。倪先生给我了无比专业、耐心的指导，还常常陪我去我找的店家反复选择材料。

经常的情况是我确定好卖家和价格等后，后续具体操作倪先生不厌其烦地帮我和卖家沟通，直到安装到位。

发现安装细节不够好，倪先生反复地主动地多次地去工地帮我和安装人员沟通，甚至发现卖家发货问题后还全程联系退换货。一盏灯、一条缝、一片漆……太多细节了，都是他帮我反复检查、发现问题、指导修正。

我请了一个设计师，同时还赠送了一个负责的监理，这使在异地忙碌工作的我，在脱离任何家人帮助的情况下，使装修有条不紊地进行着，直到最后惊艳收官。

人们常常说：装修是一件太难的事情。是的，确实很不容易，然而，因为有了设计师的专业、敬业的帮助和指引，我至今都是体验愉悦。当然，这一切有施工队、各个卖家等人们的帮助，但是，我第一想感谢的，永远都是我的设计师，倪森钊先生。
