本项目建筑设计以现代且个性化的设计元素反映上海静安区独特的里弄纹理，并结合南侧临虬江路主入口广场与东侧带状开放空间打造舒适生活环境。

The project’s architectural design reflects the unique lilong texture of Jing’an District of Shanghai City with modern and personalized design elements. It aims to create a comfortable living environment together with the plaza at the main entrance near Qiujiang Road in the south and the strip open space in the east.

两栋分别为77米及61米高的塔楼坐落于5层高的裙房，6楼设置配套公共设施。其立面巧妙结合了该区域的旧仓库建筑历史。在历史上，虬江路也被称为老上海的“贸易点”。该地区最初的建立是一个贸易区，主要负责与苏州航行的船只有关的航运事物，最终发展成为一个二手商品交易区。目前该地区交易最多的商品涉及计算机硬件和音频设备等。室内设计灵感借鉴了虬江路丰富的历史人文。

The two 77-meter-high and 61-meter-high residential towers sit atop a 5-story podium with matching public facilities set on the 6

floor. The podium facade delicately integrates the architectural history of the old warehouse of the region. Historically, Qiujiang Road is known as the“trading point” of old Shanghai. The area was established as a trading zone first in charge of all shipping-related affairs concerning the ships of the voyage to Suzhou. Eventually, it developed into a place for trading second-hand goods. Currently, the most traded items in the area concern computer hardware and audio equipment. The interior design draws inspiration from the rich history and culture of Qiujiang Road.

裙房屋顶平台的亮点为一透明底部的露天泳池，可由一层中庭空间向上观看，并引进自然采光。底部商铺及餐饮为塔楼住宅提供便捷的生活服务，方便住户享用轻食与茶点；同时，经由永兴路与虬江路之间的睿星公寓提供了便捷公共通道，巧妙地将步行交通引入项目场地，创造出更大的商业潜力。

The podium-roof platform is primarily characterized by an open-air swimming pool with a transparent bottom that can be used to introduce natural light and viewed from a central atrium space on the ground floor above. Some shops and catering stores on the ground floor can provide convenient life services so that residents can enjoy snacks and refreshments conveniently. Meanwhile, through the open-access of Greystar Apartments between Yongxing Road and Qiujiang Road, the project delicately integrates the pedestrian traffic into the project site, thus creating greater business potential.
