长沙这座具有悠远历史文化底蕴的千古山水洲城从来不缺山水、蓝天、清风，“经世致用，兼收并蓄”的湘湖文化，为这座城市增添了深厚浓郁且内敛的民俗底蕴。青山绿水，湘江北去，橘子洲头，看万山红遍，层林尽染……设计师将这些大自然精工雕琢的自然元素，用当代的艺术手法和创新审美碰撞融合，打造了一个简约融合自然舒适的多元空间。在虚实与光影构建的空间中，将各种元素汇聚在一起，打破时间空间的界限，连接对人文自然的记录，赋予空间一个新的内涵和定义。

Changsha, an ancient landscape city with a long history and culture, has never lacked mountains, waters, blue sky, and fresh breeze. The Xianghu culture of "be practical and inclusive" adds a profound and introverted folklore to this city. Green hills and green waters, “On the tip of Orange Island, the Hsiang flowing northward; I see a thousand hills crimsoned through, by their serried woods deep-dyed…” The designer combines these native elements crafted by nature with contemporary artistic techniques and innovative aesthetic collisions to create a simple, natural, and comfortable multiple space. In the space constructed by virtual reality and light and shadow, various elements are brought together, breaking the boundaries of time and space, connecting the records of humanity and nature, and giving the area a new connotation and definition.

以空间作为载体，透过点、线、面、光影，格局纵横，巧妙地将室内整体效果推向一个新的高度。犹如一幅简雅的水墨画，深远的山、清柔的水，朦胧光影，如梦如幻，寥寥数笔便能渲染出别致的简雅风韵。与其说它是售楼处不如把它称作“美学中心”。

With space as the carrier, a higher-level indoor effect is showed up through dots, lines, surfaces, light and shadow, and patterns. It is like an elegant ink painting, with far-reaching mountains, clear and soft water, hazy light and shadow, like a dream, and a few strokes can render a chic and graceful charm. It is better to call it the "Aesthetics Center" than a sales office.

质感打造格调

售楼大厅入户玄关处，艺术山水、奇异石头与金属质感的台面组合形成雅致端景造型的接待台，诗情画意彰显艺术雅致，形成一道端庄典雅的风景，让人不由自主想踏步前往。前台背景墙面那极具特色的自然水墨纹路大理石与金属质感的接待台碰撞出高级品质感，和谐而平衡地制衡着整个空间的韵律，如珍珠落玉盘般洁白皎洁的白色吊灯与金属台面重构新意向，给平静的空间增添一抹神韵。

When it comes to the entrance of the sales hall, the combination of artistic landscape, colorful stone, and metal texture forms a distinguished reception desk. The poetic and picturesque style shows the elegance of art, shaping a dignified and graceful landscape, which attracts people to step forward. The unique natural ink-painted marble on the background wall collides with the metal reception desk to create a sense of high quality, which balances the layout of this area harmoniously. Like the combination of a white chandelier and metal countertop, which adds a magical beauty to the peaceful space.

古人常言：“天地方圆，禅定其中；妙生其相，气由玄溟”，或方或圆，或直或曲，都代表的是人思考的态度。踏入室内后步入宽阔的沙盘展示区，阔然开朗的大气，二楼空中走廊，直线与弧度相互延伸，打破空间束缚，别具一格的设计，从下往上看，亦或站在空中走廊往下俯视整个楼下空间，都是一处极其美致的风景。

As the old saying goes, "The heaven and the earth are round, and meditation is in it; the beauty comes from the appearance, and the qi comes from the inherent." Square or round, straight or curved, all represent the thinking attitude of people. After stepping into the magnificent sand display area, a unique design will appear in front of you - the air corridor on the second floor, with straight lines and arcs extending each other, breaking the constraints of space. It could be an extremely wonderful scenery whether looking up from below or standing in the air corridor looking down the entire space downstairs.

沙盘区端落在整个大厅中心。山的巍峨、水的灵动，刻画出空间布局的流线。

The sand table is located in the center of the hall. The beauty of mountains and water together depict the streamline of the spatial layout.

穿过若隐若现的金属格栅围墙，透过密密麻麻的小小孔洞，想把里面的美景一探究竟，白色颗粒砂石，三五颗珍珠白玉般的散乱在地的圆形地灯，犹如璀璨星芒令人向往，婀娜多姿的绿树摇曳生辉，形成如梦如幻般景致，看一眼就让人过目不忘。

Through the looming metal grille wall and densely packed small holes, no wonder everyone wants to find out the beauty inside. White grained sand and round floor lamp, which like the bright stars shining in the sky, forming a wonderland that is unforgettable at a glance with the swaying trees.

水吧区巧妙设计融合了一整面展示墙，实用与美观并存的同时，大面积的展示给人一种很强的视觉冲击力，映衬得整个空间更大气磅礴。

The ingenious design of the water bar area integrates a whole display wall. While practical and beautiful, the large-scale display gives people a strong visual impact, which serves the whole space more magnificent.

洽谈区黑、白、灰经典色调统领整个大空间主色调，再以棉麻、木纹、石材质感恰到好处的点缀，摈弃浓妆艳抹的艳俗，这个空间唯有耐人寻味和细细思品，会越发发觉它的内涵与惊艳。

The classic black, white, and gray tones dominate the colors of the conference room and are decorated with cotton, linen, wood grain, and stone materials. This space is intriguing, and only by careful consideration can you become more aware of its connotation and stunning.

从艺术家亚力山大·格罗夫和村上梓汲取灵感，一款多感官互动装置的泡泡树，屹立在大厅中间的一角。与端庄大气的空间格调不同，它宛如仙子，惊喜而安静地立在一边，等待人们发觉并惊喜。水汽的凝结成型从树形的枝干吐出与人互动，晶莹剔透，烟雾飘渺，亦梦亦幻。以其作为空间的点缀，追求更加诗情画意的表达。

Inspired by the artists Alexander Grove and Azusa Murakami, a bubble tree with a multi-sensory interactive installation stands in the middle of the hall. Different from the dignified layout, it is more like a fairy who stands aside quietly and waiting for people to discover it. The condensation of water vapor spit out from the tree-shaped branches interacts with people. It is crystal clear, misty, dreamy, and magical, enabling people to pursue a more poetic and picturesque expression.

VIP 室在色彩运用上沉着稳重，呈现出了一个低调、恬静、恢弘大气的待客空间。

Calm and steady colors are preferred in the VIP room to present a low-key, quiet and magnificent hospitality space.

雅致静逸的茶室，冲洗现代人内心的浮躁与耳边的喧嚣。古典素雅，吟诗、品茶、让人荡漾在“世外桃源”，情绪轻盈飘逸、心情舒适飞扬。

The graceful tearoom enables modern people to get rid of their inner restlessness and to find peace. Classical and elegant, reciting poems and tasting tea let people feel like they are in a paradise and full of happiness.

儿童乐园是每一个孩子梦想开始的地方。浩瀚宇宙星球在蓝色天地里编织出梦想的摇篮，海洋球以它简约的形态之美却赋予空间趣味性。原本雅致端庄的空间构造变得生动可爱，溢出的童趣点缀了端庄雅致的艺术格调空间，制造出欢乐和谐的气氛。

Children’s playground is where every child’s dream begins. The vast planet weaves the cradle of dreams in the blue world, and the ocean ball enables the place more interesting. The space becomes vivid and lovely, and the overflowing childishness embellishes the dignified artistic style space, creating an atmosphere of joy and harmony.

轻奢凸显气质 Light luxury highlights qualities

穿过艺术的长廊，漫步在长长的书海阶梯，空间构造之美与文学气息相碰撞，它像是一个隧道，突破时间的约束，通向一个神秘的地方。

Passing through the art corridor and strolling along the long ladders, the beauty of the spatial structure connects with the literary atmosphere. It is like a tunnel, breaking through the constraints of time, leading to a mysterious place.

设计师化至繁为至简，打造空间上的整体线条勾勒简约，注入诗意的意象，赋予空间的独立性。在大空间中提取利用抽象元素，寻找事物与空间的契合点，革新空间的生命力，感知空间的层次感与完整性。

The designer has changed the complexity to the simplest, creating the overall simplicity, injecting poetic imagery, and giving the space independence. The vitality and integrality have been innovated by making use of the abstract elements in a large space and finding the point where things meet the area.
