What a year! Since January, weve launched 300 of the UKs best properties on our website. Were taking a moment to look at our most-viewed sales listings in our roundup of the best homes of 2017.

This truly spectacular mid-century masterpiece was designed in 1957 by Peter Womersley, for the renowned textile designer Bernat Klein. We launched it for sale this summer for the first time in its history, and sold it for twice the amount it was valued at by the local agent.

Another exceptional example of 20th-century design, this 1960s house was inspired by the American residences of Frank Lloyd Wright.

Fresh from winning the RIBA 2017 National Award, we were excited to launch this extraordinary contemporary house for sale.

A house with a remarkable heritage, St Anns Court is one of the most iconic houses to have been built in Britain in the first half of the 20th century.

This incredible barn conversion, currently on the market with us, won the ‘Restoration of the Year at The Sunday Times British Home Awards earlier this year.
