一家六口，三代同堂，不说精致，实用总是被摆在第一位的。这个 400㎡的六口之家，松弛感妥妥的，最基本的功能区也能面面俱到，大面积的留白也给家庭成员的成长留下了足够的空间。

A family of seven, three generations living together, not to mention exquisiteness, practicality is always put first. This 400m2 family of seven is relaxed and appropriate, and the most basic functional areas can also be all-encompassed. The large area of white space has also left enough space for the growth of family members.

我第一眼看到这个家时，给我最直观的感受竟然是：这是一个可以随着时间变化，可以陪伴家人共同成长的家。

When I first saw this home, my most intuitive feeling turned out to be that this is a home that can grow up with my family over time.

玄关

The Hall

现代轻奢的港式风格演绎手法，以其强对比的材质关系、精致细节收口方式来彰显产品的高品质和轻奢感。

入户玄关圆弧造型墙面将餐厅分开，墙面与灯光结合起来，给人时尚温馨的感觉，但又不失细腻，整体更加贴合现代新奇及时尚的态度。

The modern and luxurious Hong Kong style deductive technique demonstrates the high quality and luxury of the product with its strong contrast of material relations and exquisite details.

The arc shaped wall of the entrance separates the restaurant and combines the wall with the lighting, giving a fashionable and warm feeling, but not losing the delicacy, which is more suitable for the modern novelty and fashion attitude.

客厅

The Living Room

超大的电视背景墙简约大气，单椅舒适简约，让客厅空间增添储物功能，装饰宁静雅致而精致。

Through the long corridor, you can see the spacious living and dining room. The lighting is excellent, and the living room, dining room and kitchen are distributed in an orderly manner. The sofa background wall adopts black, white and brown triple jumping colours, which visually elongs the depth and layering of the space.

棕色是木质的护墙板搭配了木格栅，黑色石材是整块儿的岩板。岩板可以说是最坚韧的人造石材，适合做大板，可以做到 3m，用于墙面装饰材料非常合适，不仅能做连纹的效果，而且还没有明显的交接缝。

Brown is a wooden wall panel with a wooden grille, and black stone is the whole rock slab. Rock slabs can be said to be the toughest artificial stone. It is suitable for making large slabs and can achieve 3m. It is very suitable for wall decoration materials. It can not only do the effect of continuous lines, but also has no obvious seams.

一个座位足够的沙发，一方边几，一个电视机，只需要满足基本的待客需求就可以了。

为了方便孩子玩耍，设计师特地选择了圆润没有棱角的家具，避免一切磕碰的可能。

闲暇时刻，坐在沙发上享受午后惬意时光，眺望窗外景色，一幕幕映入眼帘。

In order to facilitate children’s play, the designer specially chose round furniture without edges and corners to avoid all the possibility of bumps.

餐厅

Restaurant

走进餐厅，随处可见的温暖，每一笔设计都在延伸浪漫。餐厅在冷色调的基础上，辅之古铜金属、软装布艺，对应灰色纹理石材，更加衬托一家人齐坐一堂和乐融融的时刻。1.8m 的圆弧形长餐桌，10 个人坐下来用餐都绰绰有余。大理石餐桌+橙色餐椅+银色的造型吊灯，这是一场复古元素与现代元素的奇妙约会。

When you enter the restaurant, you can see the warmth everywhere, and every design is extending romance. On the basis of cold colors, the restaurant is complemented by ancient copper metal and soft cloth art, corresponding to gray texture stone, which further sets off the moment when the whole family can sit together and enjoy a happy life. The 1.8m long circular table is more than enough for 10 people to sit down for dinner. Marble dining table+orange dining chair+silver pendant lamp, this is a wonderful date of retro elements and modern elements.

餐厅的吊灯是最能带动氛围的家居好物，只要高度和色温适宜，既能给食物增色，孩子们也会顺势吃的更多，同时又能给用餐时间增添一些温馨的氛围，绝对当得起家庭情感交流区的 C 位。

The chandelier of the restaurant is the best home good thing to drive the atmosphere. As long as the height and colour temperature are suitable, it can not only add colour to the food, but also take advantage of the opportunity to eat more. At the same time, it can also add some warm atmosphere to meal time, which can definitely be regarded as the C position of the family emotional communication area.

厨房

Kitchen

精致的厨房有一种无法抗拒的魅力，这种轻快便捷而不影响生活情调的烹饪氛围，赋予烹饪者充实感、满足感，也赋予美食与享用者同样美妙的温馨。

The exquisite kitchen has an irresistible charm. This light and convenient cooking atmosphere does not affect the life style, which gives the cook a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction, and also gives the food and the enjoyment the same wonderful warmth.

左侧高柜区嵌入了蒸箱、烤箱和一个双开门冰箱，转角的位置做了一个上吊柜，下面留有足够的空间放厨房小家电。

The left high cabinet area is embedded with a steamer, an oven and a double-door refrigerator. A hanging cabinet is made at the corner, leaving enough space to put kitchen appliances.

二层最大的痛点在于：卧室一和卧室二只能共用一个卫生间，动线冗长，舒适度欠佳。设计师通过一点小小的布局改造，给卧室一新建了一面墙，隔出一个独立的卫生间，这样原二层共用的卫生间就可以成为卧室二的独立卫生间了。家里每个人的生活轨迹就像在太阳系中各自独立运行的星球，都有自己独立的生活空间是最佳选择。

The life trajectory of everyone in the family is like a planet that operates independently in the solar system. It is the best choice to have their own independent living space.

卧室延续了客厅的色调，主色的小面积点缀，使得整体空间动静有序，简洁治愈。通透的窗户宛如一个巧妙的取景框，随着时节、光线的变化演绎城市风景，在视觉上营造出更多的跳跃感。

The bathroom has been changed to the bedroom, which shortens the movement line and makes it safer to get up and night. This transformation really improves the happiness of their lives a lot.

男孩房

Boy Bedroom

按照孩子的喜好，男孩房整体以蓝灰色为主色调。

设计师以探索、自由的理念为灵感，打造少年的梦想小空间。

探索是一种精神，它萌生在孩子对万事万物的求知过程中，让孩子对事物形成自己的洞察与认知。

According to children’s preferences, the boy’s room is mainly blue and gray, and the designer is inspired by the concept of exploration and freedom to create a small space for young people’s dreams. Exploration is a kind of spirit, which germinates in the process of children’s seeking knowledge of everything, so that children can form their own insight and cognition of things.

传统的干湿分离布局，卫生间的一侧通向露台，光照充足。高级典雅的白色云纹墙砖和灰色地砖在阳光的照射下显得干净舒适。

The traditional dry-wet separation layout, one side of the bathroom leads to the terrace, and the light is sufficient. The high-end and elegant white cloud wall tiles and gray floor tiles look clean and comfortable in the sunlight.

女儿房

Girl Bedroom

孩子的成长过程中需要陪伴，也需要独处，需要更多可能性的成长空间。一个专属的卧室，能影响孩子性格和品格的塑造，培养孩子的自信心、责任心、独立性以及自理能力。

这个可爱又妙趣横生的“公主房”，充分满足了业主女儿梦幻的公主梦。粉蓝的色调、方正的房间、合理的布局，给孩子充分的睡眠、娱乐和学习、收纳空间，符合 4 岁女儿的纯真性格和美好幻想。

This lovely and interesting "Princess House" fully satisfies the owner’s daughter’s dream of a princess. The pink and blue color, square room and reasonable layout give children enough space to sleep, play, study and store, which conforms to the innocent character and beautiful fantasy of their 4-year-old daughter.

衣帽间

Cloakroom

改造之后的衣帽间，宽 3m，长将近 4m，庞大的储物空间，这么大的收纳空间，7 个人的东西不在话下，是我的梦中情房了！衣帽间内还贴心的留了直饮水的位置。

After transformation, the cloakroom is 3m wide and nearly 4m long. With such a large storage space, the things of seven people are no problem. It is my dream love room! The cloakroom also has an intimate place for drinking water.

主卧

Master Bedroom

三层主卧的层高最高点达 4.4m，最低也有 3.2m，高度优势明显，非常适合做造型。设计师设计了一个类似羽翼的造型吊顶，内嵌灯带，并且给它起了一个非常好听的名字——「翼」。The height of the three-story master bedroom is 4.4m, and the lowest point is 3.2m. The height advantage is obvious, which is very suitable for modelling. The designer designed a wing-like styling ceiling with built-in light strips and gave it a very beautiful name - "wing".

“浮华世上花，莲灯人间开”。这一切的安逸，除了素装淡抹的色调外，床边的装饰件都显得栩栩如生、吊灯生动的描绘出空间的恬静和高级质感，没有过多的华丽，但一定经得住历久弥新的考验。

All the comforts of "the flowers in the world are ostentatious, and the lotus lamps are blooming in the world". In addition to the light colors of plain clothes, the bedside decorations are lifelike, and the chandeliers vividly depict the tranquility and high quality of the space. There is not too much magnificence, but they must withstand the test of enduring.
